ICICI Bank Kengeri, Bangalore-Branch & ATM

Arrogant staff and never customer friendly, felt like approaching some government office, not fit to serve in private sector.

Useless peoples sitting on chairs if any questions asked gives examples and says call customer service they will clarify then why are you guy's on job sit in Home idiot's

Worst branch of ICICI, always server down, no workaround.
Felt like other local banks are doing great than this.
Employees here are only for trying to give loan not for any other services

The arrogance showed by the staff from security gaurd till the branch manager is so unprofessional Very disappointed to see such behaviour in a reputed bank.
Please train your employees to talk to their customers with respect.

ICICI Bank overall is okay but the staff here are big time lazy bones. Only one answer they'll give "DO IT ONLINE". Worst than SBI also. They don't have a mindset to give solutions to problems. They just say "CAN'T BE DONE". For every small thing we have to escalate to customer care and get things done. They are not updated with banking policies either (Including Sales Branch Manager). They say "WE'LL CHECK WITH PRODUCT TEAM & GET BACK TO YOU". Pathetic staff & branch.

Good experience overall with ICICI Bank! This branch is good. Staff are welcoming and helpful.
