Very worst and irresponsible employees in the bank the person in personal loan dept she is not responding properly and at least not listen what we need she is unfit to do that job I had spend to know more than 2hours to resolve how to update E -Nach online she send to another employee to help.he again sent to her to asking.how silly only board is their to ask how can I help you or may I help you.this is repeated finally not resolved.and no body is able to clarify or listen about mortoriam period unpaid emi's
I made my decision not to open a Demat account in this bank, I just visited this bank to get to know about how to open a Demat account. But the guys are really torturing me by making calls at work time, so that I'm losing my Valuable clients. Go to Hell ICICI Bank, You guys are the biggest losers.
