Aerobics are pathetic and I have a concern of name change and provide all my document but still the name was wrong, what kind of work are they doing and they don’t even talk to customers well, showing there long face when we ask any question
ICICI is out to defraud its trusting customers. This bank sells products and then changes the Minimum Balance without informing the customer nor getting permission from the customer nor giving an opportunity to the customer to rethink the relationship. This bank makes mistakes with registering the account. This bank records the wrong email ID and does not register mobile phone number for internet banking. ICICI refuses to acknowledge the mistakes it has made and penalizes the customer for the mistakes the bank has made. No one from ICICI takes accountability for the relationship. The helpdesk sends cookie cutter responses. The phone helpline keeps shifting responsibility to the helpdesk. Everytime, there is a new person, who has no clue about the complaint. ICICI advertises that it offers relationship manager services when selling the product, but when there is a problem the relationship manager cant help because the person is on leave. There is no back up!
One of the worst experience my life. U are bank without inform to debited my acc RS 693/-, without mail and without call, No value of customer, worst customer service!
Such a pathetic customer service in this Branch. People over here are so rude and they don't cater to your requests. Never ever open your account in this Branch. You'll be in huge problem if you do that. ICICI Bank should probably train their employees on how to be customer friendly.
I would like to given even no star because they are not professionals, they don’t know how to behave with professionals. They make you run for unnecessary documents, though I carried all the necessary documents, they try to do blame game. I don’t know how sensible it is to we keep our money there it’s very disgusting that they are not even helpful though they are private sector banks and don’t know how handle customers and try to be helpful. It’s better the Icici team take necessary action and hire good staff and manager. The manager was always not present in the bank and assistant manager try to act very smart as a manager.
I am receiving innumerable unwanted messages daily but one important information about their whereabouts is missing. Of course this branch can improve their service and attitude towards customers.
Worst branch for ICICI. Opened an instant account last Monday.it has been more than 7 working days but account is not activated. Mobile number is not registered.it seems it has became a fraud bank by taking my 12,000/-. Disgusted with worst service possible.
