Only 2ATMs it's a non cas transaction branch, when i visit branch for deposit couple of times it's occupied for cash filling and they take 30 mins Instead they should have a fixed time for cash filling and should mention those time in ATM for customer, so we can avoid to visit during that time.
Horrible experience at this branch! They have around 5-8 chairs whereas there are 15+ customers all the time, no token system, customers are made to wait for long hours. I went for my bank statement and had to spend nearly an hour. I hope ICICI takes some serious measures to improve its customer experience at branch, its the same problem in multiple branches, way understaffed and no empathy for customers.
Terrible and rude service- their services directly go against what they say on the website. They were even closed despite it not being a holiday. Very bad experience
Getting a demand draft at this branch took more than an hour! Please don’t waste your time here. You can hear the branch manager shouting out loud at the top of her voice at her staff. Do you care to be polite with the staff and the customers? Remember: “It’s nice to be Important but it’s even more important to be nice”
Good: The deputy branch manager seem to be helping out customers proactively. However, other staff in the branch seem to be incompetent and lethargic.
Very poor customer service. They have no value for your time and they will keep a customer waiting and allow any random customer to jump the queue if they know the branch manager. This branch has literally gone to the dogs, a PSU bank would have more efficient customer service
A very bad experience, both on the service and response front. The staff is not equipped to respond professionally nor have the bandwidth to complete regular banking work. They would rather close bank accounts than open new ones. Limited knowledge of what ICICI offers to it's customers and what the banking process is to open new accounts. It's a place to avoid. I doubt they even care.
Stuff don’t deserve even single star, arrogant and liars, they did a mistake and asked me to come back for signature after I have taken DD, they said something wrong in printer we’ll give you new DD, I didn’t had options because I had provided DD number and photo copy for some important docs, I had a option either keep a DD or cancel, when I asked about cancellation they said we’ll refund all amt including charges, I agreed but later they collected my old DD canceled and sent only DD amt they haven’t gave me charges around 5k, they were doing some drama and they were changing words what they committed, this is worst I ever had in any bank. Anyone don’t go for this branch. Worst experience. Hope ICICI bank will help me.
Every time I went to this branch, they try to push unnecessary services. I went with my disabled father for life certificate. Instead of trying to find a way to generate the certificate, they wanted to push credit card to a 72 year disabled person who doesn't even use smartphone. Despite responding negatively multiple times, they kept pleading to take the credit card and then disable the card after 1 month. I understand the pressure of targets, but this is extreme inhumanity at play. These people deserve hell in afterlife. This is pathetic to the extreme. No target is worth harassing a senior citizen or their attendants. Nature is seeing everything. It will take away all the unethical bonuses in one unexpected move. The extreme unethical conduct is leading to young age heart attacks, strokes and so on. That penthouse or europe trip is not worth harassing anyone. Grow up some conscious guys and learn to help the customers.
I have contacted the branch for savings account and I got reply we will send a executive for same, get ready with kyc and 1 lakh cheque. I denied for 1 lakh, no further msg at all.they are not interested to open account of other variants.
- colleagues were on breakfast during office hours so many customers were waiting. - colleague who was in charge of NRI service was on the bike travelling from home during office hours. I had to wait for 1hr for her to come but to my surprise she didn’t turn even after 1hr so other icici who had no idea on the NRI conversation had to start learning on the process. So i had to wait for endless hours. - manager who is in charge had no idea on where the account opening forms are.so no one was there to take responsibility.
I would have given ZERO star but no option unfortunately.
I visited bank to withdraw some cash which was beyond the ATM limit, but the branch team says its a Cash non-transaction branch. Then why should the authorities have such branch keeping live?
