ICICI Bank Kushal Nagar-Branch & ATM

Had connections with the bank for many years, and here in Kushal Nagar is one of the best, counter staffs do their best to help customers even though they get quite busy sometimes. Even though I am temporarily out of the country for a while, the desk support staff for example Moulya will still inform me of important things I need to update and know.

No Greetings no Smile, The desk support staff reacts by seeing customers as though if we are burden for them, The lady in the Uniform always has a grinning face, not approachable. The complete staff needs soft skill training to make customer visit pleasant! Very disappointed to see such hospitality in the place like Coorg which is know for goodness and treating people well.
