Please put phone number of the branch. The automatic teller does not work always. Only Hindi and English options are provided to input. There is no Kannada option. How can you expect everyone to know Hindi and English in Karnataka? When the branch is in Karnataka, Kannada should be the first option. Then comes Hindi and English

I needed my self cheque to be enchased by my contractor to pay labourers for house construction purpose.

Labourers do not accept digital payment due to fraud risk issues.
Neither do they accept cheques.

Worst bank manager Mr. Vinay, Not considerate nor helpful in tense situations. Instead he adds to the existing tension by giving us headaches.

Now I have to halt the construction. So much headache simply useless.

He Made the contractor run from pillar to post to avail a rightful service. Giving some useless reason or the other.
So far no issue with icici bank but this was a bad personal experience. Just an annoying BANK MANAGER.

Despite our home branch attesting our motives.

This is one of the worst place and I had very bad bad experience

Credit card staff is useless they don't know the credit card procedure, she told to cancel my credit card application.

This branch is an utter waste branch. You cann't complete any of your bank works from this Branch. You can't even take a DD from here, they say they don't have DD. I have applied for HDFC account after multiple times waste visit to the bank.

And all the staffs here are MOBILE HOLIC, they don't have work ethics at all.

What a downfall this branch is having. I wish I could give this branch zero star. Have seen so many hard working staff this branch had in the past But now What a disaster this place is. Looks like employees here come to work just to spend time talking to each other, texting or playing games on thier phone. They neither have any intention nor interest to help the customer. This is not about one person and one situation. This has happened N number of times. Security guards who work there is more helpful than those bunch of useless staff. Every time you approach any employee either they walk away or pretend to be busy with the thier computers. They don't even bother to look at you. Have been customer with this branch for more than 10 years. Willing to explain in detail if the bank wants to know more.

This perhaps is the only one in the nearby surroundings.
It is usually not crowded.

The response to customers has deteriorated over the years. The staff keep the customers waiting while talking on their phone. It's more like a government office now.

Highly irresponsible banking officers. The officers aren't even aware of the services provided by the bank itself.

This is the worst bank i ever seen. I have deposited some amount in deposit machine on 15 Feb 2021, Initially it accepted some amount i got confirmation slip for it. Then i have deposited some more amount i didn't got any confirmation msg nor any credited amount in my account, i waited there for 20 min if the machine may return the non accepted money, but there is no sign of it. Then i have told to bank staffs regarding this they told due to server pbm you won't get msg it will appear after 24 hrs if not come to bank tomorrow we will check it. I didn't get any msg so i have gone to bank they check the date and time of deposit regarding this and they raise complaint and told me we told regarding this to our head office they will return money after month. After month i have gone they it will credit this week and again i have gone they told there is no money had deposited to ur account we will raise complaint regarding ATM come after 1week they told. Then i have gone after 1week they are telling now ITS NOT OUR FAULT YOU SHOULD CHECK it you have deposited to your account they are telling like this after 1 12 months they have wasted my time and money, if the money is not deposited they can tell it the next day itself when i have gone they are tell after 1 12 month. Private banks are like this only if we told anything they tellit is the rules of our bank. Gramina banks are providing better service than ICICI BANK.

There is no office phone number (the phone number given in the internet doesn't work) to reach out to.for every small thing there is no other way but to go to the branch in person. ZERO stars

Bank staff does not seems to know their own bank rules about Aadhaar, ePAN on account opening procedure listed on Bank website. Even with multiple rounds of visit insist for initial large bank transfer, FD and multiple internal reason for not opening new account which is not mentioned in bank procedure in official website. Suggest to be customer friendly and have internal escalation procedure to connect to Manager instead of leaving to staff without knowledge about the government an bank procedures. Not expected such treatment to long term privilege customer. Management should address this.

Multiple ATM machines including deposit machine makes your banking possible off the business hours.
