ICICI Bank Ltd.-Bangalore-Battarhalli- Branch & ATM

I went to open SSY account in this branch since it was near to me, the account was created but not linked to my main account.i have submitted all the documents, again I re-visited the branch and they suggested to give the request.same was given still the SSY account is not linked and after calling the concern person they told "will check and update" but there is no update.really worst branch and not value customers

Actual location of Bank is near battarhalli signal, but maps is showing near TC palya signal as of 20-march.

Worst icici branch I ever seen, this branch doesn’t have KYC facility itself then in what basis this branch is running. Don’t choose this branch.

Worst service but still it's processing because of ICICI name oly, Once they interact with staff again no one I'll open account and keep leg also inside the branch. Good to talk security then staff bcz staff knowledge is - 0. They show attitude to the clients. Better to open account in axis or HDFC. Manager and staff need some guidelines.

Negligence staffing. They says stories always. They will tell you to wait long time. They won't give quick response to customers. Staff nerver helps to customers, they are doing stock trading to see always their phones.

Visited for taking DD, they told network issue and don’t know when will be up.
Returned back without taking DD.

If you want anything please dont visit this branch. Cashier is very Rude. That Lady does worst customer interaction. I dont recommend this bank to anyone

One of the worst branch. When the branch was almost empty they are still taking more than 2 hours to process one dd request

Staff given wrong info and asked me to come after a week as both the managers are on leave

It is worse than public sector banks. Staff here have no knowledge on what they are doing and branch has its own timings unlike any other ICICI bank. They open by 10.30am and close by 3.30pm.always a nightmare when visiting this branch.
