ICICI Bank -Mahalakshmipuram, Bangalore - Branch & ATM

Call center is no help. They don’t have a ph number for 166/165. They cannot help sr ctzns with forms to open a 3/1 sb ac! What service can we expect after opening ac?

Do not waste your time visiting this branch, they have server issue/network issue/printer issue on all the bank working days.
I would advice ICICI Bank to close this branch and save on rent and salary of the employees working here as they have no work due to the issues faced by this branch on all the days.

Wrost bank seriously please no one take loan in this bank we already given cheque to close tha account but cheque ale passed.they are not giving a property documents to me last month means 28/09/22 closed the account and documents are available at branch i got information i asking the documents from 20 days they are telling when it will come we will inform u they are answered today 28/10/22 till they are not giving a document

Poor response, staffs not working for the customers, they think they are owners of icici bank and respond so worst.
Even Goverment banks works properly

We wanted to change the Address we were facing issues updating online. Were asked to wait for 20mins in this branch, after 30 mins of waiting. One lady was trying to help us has I informed her we have an appointment at clinic, The person who sits in counter No-01 was supposed to update the detail's say's to her "LET THEM WAIT" Is this how you ICICI treat your customer having account with you since 8 year's? Hope you train him the right way to speak to the customer being a Private bank.

I open one salary account on this month 1st but still kyc is not updated and also I try to reach branch employees but they are not responding my phone also, the service of icici Mahalakshmipuram branch service is very bad, and also we went branch also to update of kyc they told server is not available, still how many days we want to wait far this update

I experienced really worst service in this bank, they make us wait for more than a hour, I'm facing issue with loan closing, they don't response properly, they just take money to close loan and after that they don't close and they will not give our documents, they keep on adding interest, worst bank I ever came across

Bad service below average branch i regart opening my account here kindly go to other ICICI Bank branch

They dont have a tab to update an account. Worst people ever. Asst. Bank manager fit for nothing.
Icici bank after opening account, they dont have courtesy to tell us that you have to visit for kyc verification. Which is less than 3 months.
To the worst, They advertise hassle free home kyc verfication. Nothing of that sort.
After opening account over a year, they froze the account. My emi bounces, salary is not credited because of this.

Given wrong details and fraud even renewal amount paid still asking pay renew amount pending 930

Services are at the best with simplify mobile and internet banking.continue and keep up the good work.

When you enter the bank no one will great customer, A/c is available but they don't switch on, waiting time is more, staff are average, Cashier is bit active.
