Could have rated much lower than this if there was an option. Worst staff, worst services, not sure who is routing it to whom, everyone has a different thing to say. Hardly anyone listens. Given a chance please close you relations with this bank
It’s the worst bank with worst service. Even after updating mobile number every time otp goes to old number if asked they say we don’t know. If you have emergency then visit branch. Customer care is just for timepass. Don’t even try to contact them they don’t have manners to talk to customers they shout at you. Most lazy employees
Wrst Branch of ICICI. They don't consider customer needs. Had been for availing emergency cheque sevices for which deputy branch manager informed branch has withdrawn issuance of emergency cheque services where as customer care of ICICI confirms that branch does issue non personalised cheques. They should go home and rest if they can't provide services to the customers
It's ridiculous I wl deposit my Bajaj finserv Emi amount in my account yesterday night, without information bank wl debit NACH, now I wl get my check bounce issue then how we maintain our middle class family s, even customer care also not responding, I wl deposit morning also debited amount in my account if I can get any check bounce im going, register complaint, KRS party leader s to resolve this
Customer service provided here is average. Staff pretend to be busy always although you can find them chitchatting with each other during working hours when customers are waiting. Most of the staff do not have the knowledge to resolve customer queries, they discuss with each other even for resolving small issues. Overall this branch is not a place where your account should be. Avoid the branch.
Worst bank ever. There is no respect for the customers and very lethargic to provide service. Staffs speaks rudely and doesn't give proper answers for any of the queries. They will be in their own world and don't want to listen or talk to customers. Had a very bad experience. We have to call to staff to know where they are to open an account, and the customer has to visit the branch as per the staff availability. Disgusting.
