Went there for NOC for closed car loan, waited 2hours to get it, very bad service, and the reply was only one is having access to NOC, and network problem, etc need to improve alot.

I am very happy with this Bank as they helped me a lot in regards to Outward remittance specially I am Thankful to the person Lathish Sir.

Very poor customer service, don't have proper knowledge on process. Wasted one hour without resolving the issue and asked to visit again. On top of it few employees have lot of attitude issues. Reckless answers when we asked some basic queries.

Not at all cooperative. They cannot even change communication address without valid address proof. People cannot change their address on ID cards whenever we relocate due to job change.

Super poor customer experience, staff working (not all the staff) are so ignorant and not approachable at all.had bad experience visiting the branch.never visit this branch if you are a new customer, you will only waste your time and money also they treat you like trash. People working in this branch think that they are saviors and doing work for free to us, they make you fell like we worth nothing. They even don't know the product or service that is being provided by ICIC bank, I wonder are they really trained or not.

Visited the branch as online account creation was throwing error (PAN & Adhaar name had variation due to expended initials). Branch staff informed that they can create account via branch only with 50K as minimum balance (whereas it was mentioned as 10K online).

Tried to apply same via Union Bank online. Able to submit the details with the same PAN & Aadhaar details.

I already have SBI & HDFC accounts in Bangalore where I didn't face this minimum balance issue. This shows how ICICI bank push their prospective subscribers for keeping higher minimum balance.

Really helpful and polite everytime I visited for my KYC verification, unlike the other RM branch, thank you lathish for the help.

Please do add the feature of a cdm machin for god dam sake people are standing in like for 2k 5k deposits and all and making it late for the high amount withdrawals limits it’s so ridiculous when SBI can have a cdm a govt bank why not icici ‍️ wake up please and forget about the staff though if I come for my private account it’s a different treatment and when I come on enquiries for my business and current account it’s a whole different lever treatment

Vehicles not parked in systematic manner and therefore had difficulty in taking out my bike. Security said it is not his duty to maintain parking. Security is also as useless as the staff in the Bank. By the way, there is no COVID in this Branch. Most of the staff were not wearing mask while few had lowered their mask to protect their chin.

The staff is very rude to the customers especially Asst Manager Sulochana I think & the guy who sits next to her behave with customers like illiterate people. Very bad experience I had in that branch. I would like to give less than zero rating but this is the last option which I have.

Earlier (I think 3 years before) staff was good and helpful. Current staff is very bad/rude especially deputy manager she will never give helpful information, even for basic questions, her answers will be very confusing, not straight answer, she is not at all helpful for banking related matters. I think she doesn't have knowledge or she knows but do not want to give proper answers or want to bluff the customer with confusing answers. For instance, When I asked, what are the charges for cash withdrawal, her answer is back end system will decide charges' I visited another icici branch where the staff is clearly explained the charges. I had similar issues while taking demand draft. I am going to change my base branch to another branch. If the issue continues I'm going to say goodbye to ICICI Bank.

Worst service, just asked them to change my address, they even doesn't know what documents to give. I feel like they are unfit to sit as bank officers. I never suggest this bank to anyone. Don't have any below rating which is lesser than one.

Worst experience. Staff is bit OK. But issue with Manager only. He feels like that Branch is his own and create his own rules. We were forced to take expression debit card even though we told we don't want and charged us extra 500 at the time of savings account opening. This is one among the problems we faced. Like this there are many. He doesn't even respond to customer queries even after multiple visits. I had lot of hopes on ICICI, after this pathetic experience I decided not to continue relationship with ICICI.
