TLDR; long waiting, tardy staff arriving 45mins late, massive customer data security concerns
Visited the branch for my Aadhar details update, reaching the beach before 9: 30. Half the staff wasn't here until 45 mins after the scheduled branch opening time of 9: 30. Not a single customer was serviced till 10: 15 (bank or aadhar related) and have seen better service at SBI branches.
The Aadhar update form was given printed the reverse of someone else's loan closure document. I noticed a similar document on the reverse of other's forms in line. While the effort to reduce waste is appreciated there is serious concern around how customer and confidential data is being handled by this branch.
While I have an account in this branch, they have treated us very badly for a home loan which we got from another branch in Bangalore. We went to the bank multiple times but the staff just gives a new timeline without fixing the actual issue. Any clarification, we are asked to call the other branch. We wanted to speak with the manager but again were not allowed to. Have visited the branch at least 3 times for a clarification on my home loan and got no satisfactory response.
Worst bank I ever seen. Bellandur icici bank The name Armugam Madhavan and manager team 20 July 2020 they cheated around 50grams gold (gold loan) they preplanned documents and cheated very nicely.sincerely request don’t go and don’t preferred any type loans.they cheated innocent peoples.pls closed the bank and take legal action in this bank.don’t trust icici Bellandur bank.
Please do not visit this branch for any Aadhaar related queries or updates. They don’t have authority to do nothing with your Aadhaar. For lazy reasons the board in front of the ATM is misleading. Requesting branch manager to remove it asap. This is heights of misinformation by ICICI. There are many reasons I don’t prefer ICICI and this time too it has not proven me wrong. Good luck ICICI for your future.
Worst service. There is no contact mentioned in Google. They don't care about your work, they just ask for a loan and open a new demat account.
In addition to that, they have the most illogical manager. If you talk about the bad service, she will give lame excuses which cannot even convince a five year old kid.
Don't have an account in this branch unless this is the last branch left in the universe.
AADHAAR update at this bank are off-line. Not all applications get updated here, after successful registration. Two of us applied for address update, while one application got updated within two days, while other is still pending at the end of two weeks. I applied online again through online portal that cleared withing two days.
Worst branch. The CDM machine is not working properly and after putting money, it's showing unsuccessful and not credited. Worst customer support from bank manager & staff.
Never open account with HSR branch! The manager (Ms. Basu) is rude and unhelpful. She and her team can't process simple requests and make the customer wait for basic bank tasks. Pathetic.
My icici bank account was frozen without prior information or any reason in middle of our sale season rendering our net banking, POS and retail QR code ineffective. They did not have any plausible reason and neither would do the due diligence of our office which is 1 km from the branch. They referred me to the Hosur branch and were of no help at all. Icici bank doesn’t care about customers and has the most tedious, lengthy processes in the industry. Even with multiple txn in our current account t in a month, I don’t have a relationship manager!
If you are visiting this branch, make sure you take leave from office for full day, also you should go with your lunch and dinner.because it may happen that you reach bank at 10 Am but leaving at 4.very pathetic service, also don't know whether they are using mobile internet for their general operations, as they have their connection lost for a longer time and foe depositing cash also you have to wait for 2 hours
Most clueless bank employees ever seen in the world. They have been told probably by their useless manager to peddle some products and not worry about doing basic banking service. They couldn't even help transfer an amount from my account to a merchant next door. We spent more than 90 mins and they made us sign multiple documents and said they are not able to do it. I had to come home and do online transfer in batches due to big amount. ICICI thinks it is their money they are giving to us and not ours. I am just waiting to open my account in HDFC.
Beware of the branch Staff. They specialize in giving false information and looting customers. The icing on the cake is worse than pathetic service.
They open accounts for senior citizens with a bunch of lies and false promises then they do not answer phone calls or messages.
When the issue is escalated to the branch manager, he/she will look to cover with a bunches of false letters.
Similar instance happened with my mother. I reported the issue to RBI. When they intervened, they tried to pull this stunt with RBI also. But then RBI called their bluff and made them pay me compensation!
Be very careful when dealing with them. Do not trust them especially if it is not in writing.
Very poor service. I had gone to update my mobile no in icici credit card but they told me here we can't update call to customer care. In multiple brach how they are doing this?
I went to the branch twice ; once about a month ago and then again yesterday. Both times my experience was too good. Job done in the least possible time. I must acknowledge specifically the competence and positivity of one Mr Pradeep who walked that proverbial extra mile to help. Keep it up
Worst customer service. I don't even want to give kne star. Given request for debit card and ICICI bank employee taken request on CRF form but didn't process the request. Idiots
Very poor standard of handling. If staff is on leave then no delegation. No understanding of opening an SSY account. Never suggest to visit this branch being a banker it is a shame to all of us giving such poor experience to the customers
Poor service. Half-baked staff. Zero accountability. Now please don't post a standard reply of connecting with you over Twitter/Facebook. Banking Ombudsman will definitely contact you now.
Really bad experience with the home loan section of the branch. Had closed my home loan and handed over the closure cheque (icici bank cheque) on 24th Aug 2021, yet to get the home document. Had clearly mentioned to the lady at the loan desk to get the document dispatched to the Bellendur branch, she is not doing anything. Had dropped mail also through my ICICI relationship manager but in vein
