"I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with the ICICI Bank Shimoga Park Extension branch. My attempt to close a loan turned into a nightmare due to their abysmal service. To make matters worse, the issuance of the NOC (No Objection Certificate) was significantly delayed, with no clear explanation provided for the hold-up. Despite my numerous attempts to contact the bank and seek clarification, I was met with a wall of silence. This utter disregard for customer inquiries and concerns speaks volumes about the bank's commitment to customer service.

It's deeply disappointing to see a financial institution, particularly one as prominent as ICICI Bank, fail so spectacularly in providing basic services. I wanted to open savings bank account. The representative of ICICI Bank (Shimoga, Durgi gudi branch) told me to deposit minimum of 50000 to open savings account. Is that true? Customer service number is not valid. Poor customer service. Representative or staff provide incorrect information.
