Visited the branch. Had the query for existing card. They asked to call the customer care. I don't know why the branch is there if I have to check with customer care on any queries. The experience was worse than even a PSU bank. This branch is good for nothing. Could not give a lower star than 1.
I submitted all the relevant documents for conversion of my DMAT account from Resident to Non-Resident a month ago to this branch employee Durga. Its been more than a month and there is no status update. Can i get some help please.

Have had consistently good experiences at this branch. The manager Mrs Deepti Modi stands out for her exemplary customer orientation. Truly remarkable. I would also like to make a mention of Mr K Chandrasekhar Reddy, who is always smiling and ready to be of help.
Seriously low level of customer service. Branch manager herself is not aware of the process and gives wrong commitments. Taken car loan from this branch and they delayed the payment by 7 days. For loan disbursement they used cheque.does not qualify for Digital banking.
I visited this branch for my surname change.they have given warm welcome and taken care of formalities smoothly. Thanks for the executive who taken care of this.
