Pathetic experience, had been there for a query in order to build relationship with the bank, this particular branch staff need empowerment.

Wrong direction please update on correct place branch and ATM are inside the city near by tma pai hospital

The address has still not been updated to the correct one despite earlier negative reviews by other customers. Also, the bank employees lack empathy and should be retrained on how to speak with the customers. I won't recommend anyone to open an account in ICICI if such branches continue to exist.

Worst bank on my life history since from four months I used to contact the customer care and also branch regarding my credit card where I used to request them. To clear my credit card bill since I have an total amount on my account nobody gonna respond about it and they are simple charging on myself. I also complaint to there all customer care email also the same. They are just sucking my. Money from my account that's all and they customer service guy used to Whatsapp. Me saying me to pay more amount where I have got an email to pay less when I have sent him a screenshot there is not response from him
Worst bank cheathers and stickers of money that's all.
Please don't say me to send a mail to anyone I have already tried to all of you cheathers

4 times contacted for Policy performance status, no revert. But they are requesting me to invest in their products.

I would love to give you 5 Stars but my recent experience does not permit me too.
If you have wonderful services provided to the customer, kindly place placards or somebody to inform the customers that such services are available at the store.
I wasted more than an hour at your bank just to deposit some money into my account.
I took the deposit slip and counted my money and stood in the queue. Once my turn arises, the teller leaves the counter and goes to another customer to assist her, thereby shouting from that counter to wait for 2 minutes.since all the people behind me sat down I too took my seat. After 20 minutes, i am number 4. In between your Cash vehicles comes in and then again we have to wait so that the Teller completes the work withe the cash vehicle guy.when my turn arrives. I am told that the teller wont accept the Deposit slip as i have to update it in the computer first and then approach him. I would not have wasted my time till now if somebody could have told me when they seen me counting the cash and filling the deposit slip.
On reaching the computer, the Software that is updated has got a virtual numerical keypad and it does not allow you to use the Numerical keypad on the regular keyboard. Now the Virtual Keyboard itself is greyed out. Only blank numerical boxes with no numbers shown.
After struggling for some time, I was able to use the Top line keyboard below the function keys on the regular keyboard.
There is one more funny issue here. The software ask you to enter your mobile number twice. First box to enter and the second one to reconfirm
Now the first box to enter the mobile number does not show the numbers but its shows * asterisk instead, you can understand it may be for privacy
reasons. But the Funny part is when you reconfirm the number in the second box. All the numbers can be seen clearly. I do not understand this part now. The software is poorly designed. After updating here comes the denominations part, where again the virtual keypad does not work. Hence the Top line keyboard comes to my rescue. Once everything is done. The software gives you a Ref Number, I took down the reference number and again stood in the queue. Now i am the 10th person in the queue.
Just imagine, to deposit just cash i had to reach the teller 3 times and wait for him.
Once r reach the teller finally and show him the Ref Number, He say thats now necessary, Give me the account number. I told him You can check with the reference number, He was furious and asked for the account number, Anyways atlast i was able to deposit the cash now.
I then approached the bank manager to tell her my predicament and looks like she was least interested, She told told one person to look for customers to be assisted, probably just to calm me.
She later tells me, that there is a Cash Deposit machine at the bank.
I had to tell her, if such wonderful services are available, why dont you have placards or somebody to he;p people to get the work done faster. Moreover, another customer who was standing behind me wanted to deposit cash, He asked the lady and she gave him the deposit slip. Now understand, this guy will also have to face the same fate that faced. Hence i told him the complete process so as to save his time and he was furious as to why the lady did not tell him instead of giving the slip.

All I am trying to say is, Inform you customers what services are available.

Slow service as said in privious reviews. But if you know the manager, super quick service. Please some ICICI bank management team look into this branch.
