Staffs has to be trained rather than redirecting customers to talk to customer care even the issue is on the bank side. Waste of our time & ICICI resource. Second time also faced same issue. Worst ever ICICI experience in these 11yrs.
I had a very fine experience with the branch recently. Great customer care. The team here was very helpful guiding me through the step by step process for my NRI transactions. Special thanks to Aneesh sir and Dhanashree Mam. Dhanashree Mam has a customer friendly ever-smiling attitude and she helps resolve any queries or concerns we have effectively.
The Bank Manager is very unreliable. Enquirer about NRI demat account convert to RI in November. He promised to get back with the information. But really disappointed with service to NRI service. Then how about to resident Indians.
Worst service, whenever I visit the branch I can see one common notice network down, after using cam machine amount will stuck in machine itself and amount will credit to account after 6 to 7 hours and this issue will be there for 3 days minimum in a week. Fed up with icici bank service.

The staffs here are not at all helpful.i went for rekyc verification they were taken more than a moth to do kyc, I visited the branch 9 times for it, but I haven't received it yet. Each time I visit the banch, they send me back saying some reason. Last time they told network is down, this time they told staff is on leave. Highly unprofessional staffs and the only good thing is the branch Manager is very helpful.
HI today, i went to open a savings account, and they say that MAB should be minimum 50000, but in the ICICI bank web page it says 5000 to 10000, i dont know what is this, and it is very bad experience, what is this rules of paying 50000, please make what you bank says, what about poor people or middle class people how will they open, ig you do like this, make a constant MAB pelase
So bad branch, staff is not helpful even hesitate to talk. They are making just own local branch rules. When I went there to open an account, they simply said if you keep MAB of 50000 in your account then only I will open your account. When I said this is not ICICIBANK metro rules. They said this is our branch rule. So painful and wastage of time. I don't want to give even one star.

Never seen this kind of banking service anywhere in the world, lathergic and no response staff. Have to visit the branch to get the update and believe me Govt banks are faster than them
Have been following up for converting my account to zero balance which was no fault of mine and they are not helping me out even after 15 days of submission of documents
Staff doesn't know their own rules. Noone is bothered to pick the land line. When I said I didn't want to keep an FD because of their mistake, they were cool. Such is the attitude of staff. Did not want to give even one star but am forced.
