Pathetic 3rd Class Bank. Moron and u trained staff just a bunch of jokers and most unprofessional staff have ever seen Staff Rashmi is pathetic and not fit to carry out her job. Completete disaster and untrained
It's too hard to post a review about this branch because I am EX-employee of the bank previously it's was a wonderful branch where customer satisfaction was so good Mr Narendra and Mr Sudhakar was handling the branch.
But now I don't know what's happening their staff are too rude after the sales They not even bothered about the things simply they didn't respond to calls from past 3 months I am following up to get my work done but no one is their to help
WT the branch manager was doing their. A wonderful branch is getting to much of bad comments still theya don't even thinking about it.
Dont ever take house loan here. Their document verification is pathetic, no matter if the documents are invalid also they will give loan. After getting loan you have to suffer paying loan without having proper property in your hand
I got my work done quickly yesterday at this branch. The CE Ms Pallavi was very helpful in understanding my requirement and did the needful in just 5 minutes. There was good crowd and renovation work going on but no problem for customers. I am happy with good service and my job was done. Happy Banking with ICICI Bank, Yelahanka new town.
I'm a customer since 10+ years and I have always dealt with customer care/online transactions which has been very very helpful quick and easy. Past few years I moved my branch to Yelahanka (I don't know why. Old mindset of the branch being closer?) & It has been a nightmare! Nothing is done on time, no response to calls and I have to constantly visit the branch to submit something or another. I have escalated to branch manager and still mistakes. They are so willing to open a new account (manual) for me but with all wrong information, how could you get my gender wrong when you have personally taken my application!? My SSY account has not been opened yet.even after visiting the branch 3 times. They did not give me complete information and I had to make another visit to drop off the forms and still the account has not opened! Unfortunately, my 10yrs of relationship has been ruined in a couple of months as their 'relationship manager' is very busy to pay attention to detail.
