Initially quoted 2200 rs for a 2 night stay, and within 5 mins in the gap of parking the car and coming to reception, they said that someone else had booked via phone. And demanded 4000 to confirm our booking. Worst experience.

If you want to come for check up to Narayana, so always choose this hotel for staying.its absolutely comfortable and very relaxable place for everyone, Facilities also really good.place also really good.

I stayed here for 12days.last month. According to price it was quite good.and air ventilation is great.three people can stay easily
But problem is, there has lots of little cockroaches around everywhere.
If you told them then they will take action otherwise not.
Staff's are really helpful.and friendly. I liked this Lodge

The place is very nice. Clean, noise free, perfect for kids. In fact, this rest house is perfect for treatment at Narayana Hospital. Car service is provided to and from the hospital. There is also a park next to it for children to play.

This place is close to Narayana Hrudyalaya.
It is basically for attenders of patients. It's around 1.5 km from the hospital. It is a cost effective place.

We stated in this guest house for 66 days. No problems and no complain. All services was good.

This is a great place to stay for patients and their attendants, it is very affordable and they provide good services. The staff are very good and helpfull. They even provide free wifi and round the clock transportation (free) to Narayana hospital.

ICM Comfort is located at Teracon Residency, Hennagra road, near Narayana Health City of Bengalore. Its a six storied building.
Recently owner has been changed. New owner may change the name (still not changed). Changed name may be like start with AKSHAY because new owner has other hotel with AKSHAY name. Rooms are like STUDIO SUIT. It has kitchen facility. Other facilitues are -
FACILITIES:
1. Two rooms
2. One kitchen,
3. One attached bath with GUIZER (for hot water).
4. One double bed,
5. One single bed (some room has one semi double instead of single bed to accomodate two),
6. One table,
7. Chair,
8. TV with dish cable,
9. Freeze,
10. Almirah
11. Free Gas (cylinder) for cooking
12.other minimum necessary utensils
13. Wifi at all rooms
14. FREE TRANSPORT service from Guest House to Narayana Health City (up-diwn unlimited time),
15. LIFT,
16. Generator.
17. Room cleaning service
18. Money exchange service (personelly from staff)
19. All floors are well sequred by CC Camera.
People can cook their own food here. Vegetables, fish, meats, fruits and other necessaries are available nearby shops.
There are some mentionable problems which are as follows -

PROBLEMS:
1. They don't provide mosquito net.
2. Hanger is not sufficient.
3. TV has only free local (karnatak etc) channels.
4. Service response is very very slow. Don't care about any service even room cleaning.
5. Too much kockroch (telapoka) which bite and walk over body at night when sleep. Kockroch disturbs everywhere - foods or if you keep anyrhing open.
6. BED BUG (SARPOKA) also available. But they don't care.
7. When we are here (from 01 June 2019) there was a rotten animal (guessing cat or dog, they are telling rat) under the lift floor or on the lift roof which spreaded toooooo much bad smell all the time we stayed but they couldn't/didn't clean it. The smell was in the lift and in front of lift.
8. All are NON AC rooms. No AC ROOMS available here.
9. Toilet Tissue, Room sandal, Soap, drinking water not provided within room fare.
10. Do not accept International VISA & MASTER CARDS etc.
11. STAFFS BEHAVIOUS IS VERY VERY BAD. Specially MONJUR (currently working) is dishonest and BEYADOB. Normally talks in Smiley face BUT when you talk about service he become BEYADOB. Always looks for DHANDA.

We stayed it as my own house for fifty days 2018. Staff behave is very good and specially Mr Hasan.

Good place to stay in Bengaluru while having treatment in Narayana Health and Mazumdar Shaw Nursing Home.

Very nice place to stay in at a low price for people who want to visit the naryana hospital. Car service is always available and is free.
