Iddya Beach

Beautiful beach with wide beach/sand area. Best suited to spend time with family. But the people who comes to the beach should take care about the plastics they carry. It was seen the bottles and plastic bags are thrown everywhere at the beach from the tourists. Pls maintain the cleanliness the same way you maintain at your home. The beach is for enjoying the nature NOT YOUR DUMP YARD.

Iddya beach was the most beautiful. I enjoyed a lot.the sunset was undescribable it was a pleasure.simply says love iddya beach

Come with bat and ball play cricket and more games. Parking is available spend more time with good privacy. Opposite to beach you will find a Cafe called the lanthren cafe…beach and beautiful view with burger so many milk shakes and u will njoy…

Nature is always beautiful, but the residents should take responsibility for cleaning the beach so that everyone can enjoy it's true beauty. I think the mangaloreans will do something to keep thier nature beautiful.

Clean, neat, peaceful, good relaxation point kids play area, park benches available for elders to sit n relax, not crowded, found crabs on d shore running around.totally a nice place to hang out with kids, family, friends.a place of serenity.

NITK Beach is situated in Surathkal, the northern part of Mangalore city, Karnataka. This beach is also known as Surathkal beach. It is a private beach that was later named after the nearby NITK (National Institute of Technology, Karnataka).

Not much crowded. You can spend good time during sun set. Near by a shop available to have tea and snacks.

Beautiful beach with very good sunset view. This beach is less crowded. The waves are not rough. Best suited for children. There's a small play area. Very calm and peaceful beach. Enjoyed the sunset. 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler Parking facility is available.

A beautiful place spend the sunset. Water is clean. Less crowded too. One can find so many star fishes on the shore.

It need a little bit of maintenance and children's play equipments should be developed.especially for tourists be responsible for ur waste some of them dont obey rules of the park so plz keep clean

Surprised to see this nice Tucked away please from the main road. The access roads are narrow, but beach is good.

This beach is at a little distance from Surathkal Beach. The trust that maintains this beach have kept the place very clean with good creativity by depicting s small model of PSLV rocket by ISRO. There is enough seating place. Ample Parking beside the road. There are also two shops that offer you local & chinese snacks. Better place to bring young kids & family. Easily accessible through different routes from Surathkal. You can also have a beach road trip from Red Rock to Chitrapura covering all under-rated beaches of Mangalore which are hidden gems within.

Very calm and peaceful. Less crowded during weekdays. During weekends u find it bit crowded.
Straight and flat beach. Well spent evening here. Visited here during weekdays and on weekends.

Best Beaches in the surroundings very clean and neat, not so deep. Sand is very soft. Less croud, good for families and children to play

Nice clean water beach.
It's best if u take snacks and go as there is only one shop near the beach and not many options.
There is a ship wreckage in the sea and u can go near the ship.
Lack of dustbins has made people litter wastes everywhere.
Also, if u go in the evening u can see a lot of starfish in the shore

Very calm and clean beach with no much crowd. Good hangout for family and kids. Pls refrain from throwing waste (always use dustbin)

Really A nice place to visit enjoy seabreeze and a place with trees around to provide shade specially during summer.
