Worst customer service. They talk rudely with the customer. We can understand their problems of having heavy work load still the workers should have some kind of maners.

I visited here with my friends, & we must say this is one of the best Ice cream places I've visited! Tasty, Delicious, rich premium Ice creams along with other snacks like Burger, sandwiches & yummy cutlets.

Its really an amazing place for icecream lovers. There are more varieties of flavours to choose from the most outstanding creativity in flavours and combination of fruits and icecream.

Ordered Choco lava cake. But disappointed at first bite itself there was no lava at all was feeling like having Ragi manni with ice cream and on this disappointment saw hair on the icec cream @ second bite.they gave me a new one after complaining but the cake was same like ragi manni very bad experience.

The most renowned place in Mangalore for it's famous ideal ice-cream. The flavours that i had were the fruity one which had 4 layers of different ice cream with anjeer flavour being the most surprising for me. Do visit if u ever go to Mangalore

Very bad experience we were siting for 10 mnts in parlour after Eating icecream the waiters told to get up from the seat not to sit avail after eating bcz another customer is waiting

I have been visiting ideals since so many years, perhaps from 1998. I loved it then. I love it then. Has the best range of ice creams, shakes and snacks.

The best eatery in Mangalore for variety of Dosas, Sandwiches, Samosas and yummy Ice-creams. Their famous Gadbad Ice-cream is available in Sugar free version also.

Best place in the town to have Ice creams of Ideal brand. They serve different varieties of ice creams, desserts and snacks. Best suggestion is try the ice cream varieties here. Snacks and other items might disappoint you.

Double Decker Sandwich
This sandwich tasted just like a classic toasted Bombay sandwich. The filling consisted of boiled slices of potatoes, beetroot, peanuts, butter, green chutney topped up loads of cheese. It tasted quite mellow in terms of flavors. The Sandwich is too heavy for a single person, recommend it to be ordered when visited as a group.

Regular Gadbad Ice-cream
The best way to churn out some a heavy sandwich is by opting for the Tulu Nādu’s famous gadbad ice-cream. Gadbad is all about the combination of three flavors ice-cream scoops along with thin layer of jelly, dry fruits and fresh fruits. Even though ice-cream looks huge its quite lite when savored. This is a must try item from ideal cream parlor menu.

Love Ice cream.

It's usually crowded and you have to bill first. Everything is good, you get ice creams, snacks - both north and south indian also these burgers, sandwiches, and more, ishakes, ice cream pizza, and combos. It usually takes time to get served since it's always crowded but ofc they got 2-3 floors.

As always best place to enjoy Asia's best Ice cream. There's no second thought about it. Loved and enjoyed it. Had taken my friend too who is visiting this place for the first time. He too loved it totally. Me being a mangalorean will surely love ideal ice-cream. But my friend who hails from Bangalore although his native is U. P. He describing the famous Gadbad so beautifully confirms how good it is indeed. ️

If you are in Mangalore it's mandatory to visit this place for the best ice cream. Gadbad ice cream is their signature icecream. They do serve some yummy cold and grilled sandwiches.
The ice creams at Ideals are so iconic that it creates nostalgia to anyone who has studied or lived in managlore. Nowhere you get creative sundaes and this quaint town in karnataka boasts of ideals icecream which is unparalleled in taste. Must visit if you visit mangalore. Yum is the word for ice creams here.

Taste is always the best from Ideals! Be it a posh cafe or a small shop! This place is special to me because this is where I had my first Ideal ice cream! So yeah! It's been there for good 15-20 years (guessing). Not giving 5 stars because of the ambiance, which has seen no difference in last 10 years maybe. But a good place to hang out with friends if you wanna feel nostalgic!

They are revamping the place again. So this is the new area on the ground floor itself. Prices have gone up but the ice cream taste amazing as usual! Totally yum!
