Ideal Printing press

I had a very bad experience with the receptionist She was charging too high price and very rude behaviour. For 2 menu cards she charged me a 600 rs and I'm again saying her behaviour was too rude.

I got a sign board made for my shop last year and it’s been pathetic customer service since. For starters, they had very limited options and very casual behavior when I wanted to get done for the price they quoted. Still I went ahead as I was new in the city & seeing the high ratings on Google.

Within 2 months of installation, the led lights stopped working properly. I had to call them so many times and practically beg for someone to come and repair. The person who came to repair started blaming the voltage issue in the building despite other sign boards working perfectly fine in the building. He repaired a couple wires and asked me to pay him directly as it’s not Ideal print’s fault that there is a defect in the wiring.

Since then every 2 months I have to call someone to fix the issue repeatedly. Finally one person came and admitted there is a problem with the wiring and charged my ₹2.5k+ to rewire promising I will never have any issues.

Now again the problem is back. I have been repeatedly calling and trying to get someone to fix the issue. First few calls they picked up saying they will send someone. I waited 6 hours for them to send someone, no one showed up on Sunday. The next day, again my staff waited for more than 2 hours after the person from Ideal prints promised he will send someone at 5pm. Now they are not picking my calls and refusing to reply to my messages.

Is this how you treat your customer? Extremely poor service and quality. I am a small business owner with very limited resources, it’s so hurtful to be treated like this.

*update* I have now gotten someone from another company to fix the issue and they are stating an exorbitant amount for the faults of Ideal prints. All LED bulbs are of poor quality hence I have to get the whole thing replaced causing so much finance strain. Extremely pathetic service ideal prints. You are so irresponsible for your customer, may no one has to face what I have faced.

We had a very bad experience with them.the quality of the stickers were very poor.it started coming off the very next day.they don't even properly clean the glasses before pasting stickers.its been 2 months now we keep calling them for corrections but they are not ready to come for corrections.

I am a dentist. I gave order of 500 file covers at ideal printing press as I really liked their design and work
. To my utter disappointment firstly the order was delayed by a week. Nobody answers the call or responds with grace. After 5-7 calls finally one is able to reach them out. After all this the order that received was not at all satisfactory. The colours shown in the pdf were way too different from the actual print out. I asked for a glossy finish but received Matt finished. I understand that it can’t be undone now and the least we want is an acceptance for the wrong work but I contacted them regarding the mistakes and poor work I got no response back.
One advice to all - never book Dunzo and get your final printouts from ideal prints because once couriered from them and after the final payment nothing one can to contact them

Be very careful to deal with this company.

Had a dreadful experience with these touts.am sure they didn't know the billing value I was suppose to bill them. But had it known or not. I guess this company needs to shut down. One of the nincompoop bunch. If you really need to print then better look somewhere else.
