I visited IDP for my daughter's PG course in Australia. Cousellor Thimmaiah was assinged to help us through. The entire process of submission to applying to getting the visa was so smoothly handled by him. He was quick at responding, gave good guidance and was in general very friendly and helpful. I have and would highly recommend IDP to those who want to go for overseas education.

The reviews seem to be fake the reality is something else we'll my profile is a lil complicated, i had an interest in applying for one of the uni in UK after briefing the uni bout my profile they were willing to accept had conveyed the same the RM sourabh singh said he will file my application to the uni and now booom he's of no trace followed up with the guy like thrice n I eventually gave up please don't play with peoples hopes just as a time pass

Suma Ma'am was my counselor and I think she was very professional and friendly.

The experience with IDP was really amazing. I was assigned Mrs. Suma as my counsellor. She made the process very easy for me. I wasn’t prepared for my visa until the last day, but Mrs. Suma took a mock interview even though it was a little late at night post 11 and prepared me for the visa interview efficiently which in turn boosted my confidence. She also helped me with the minute details whenever I needed them without hesitation. I’m really grateful to IDP for making the process easy for me.

I had a great experience at IDP, i was quite hesitant in the beginning as i had no clue how things worked but my counsellor Anu Rana helped me throughout, right from the beginning until the very end. She made my experience at idp really pleasant and was there to communicate with me whenever i needed it. As soon as I entered IDP, I had a sense of confidence instilled in me. That was the moment I had my thoughts straightened up about the University and the country! Poorvaja ma'am, the UK counsellor was just not my counselor. She also mentored me on how to take care of the documentation, and what are the basics etiquettes of doing so. She helped me in every single step of my journey with patience and understanding. She was pushing me into that should-be-diligent zone ever since I had her support for my application. Even after my application for VISA, ma'am was there for me at every step mentoring me on how to not panic and in being optimistic. To be frank, I was really blessed to have such a counselor, at IDP! I am GRATEFUL to IDP and Poorvaja ma'am. Everything went soo smooth that my usual panic rested to peace as soon as I got my VISA.

Before I tell my experience, I wanna thank SUMA and her team for being a call/text away. I am in USA now pursuing my Masters in Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA. It all started in 2019 when I wanted to pursue my masters for 2020. But unfortunately I couldn't make it because of Covid-19. I had to defer my acceptance to 2021. Right from shaping my SOP till the final preparations for departure, they helped me all the way.
I was guided with preparing the documentation and the interview for visa. Mock interviews were conducted to check how effective I was with my answers and corrections/suggestions were made to better my answers. Overall, it was a well guided process.
I would definitely recommend anyone to have their career guided by IDP.

This is my first time experience in IDP. Firstly I tried to apply for Australia and my counsellor was Soujanya who really helped me in the process but unfortunately I had to drop that option due to the covid rules and regulations for international students in Australia.
Later I planned to apply for USA in the last moment and Suma M was assigned as my counsellor. Since it was a tight schedule and deadlines were mostly approaching she did help me a lot with the university application and responded whenever required. She also took a mock interview for visa which gave me an idea of all possible questions and helped me build my confidence. I would definitely thank her for helping me out in this.
Some things I wish could have been better in IDP.
-> Having even more knowledge about all the university application, courses and the application fee waivers other than your tie ups.
-> Helping out students in booking visa appointments could be more helpful.

ANU RANA my counsellor was extremely helpful during the entire long process and ensured each and every document is appropriate before applying for visa. She made sure my SOP is up to the mark and is convincing enough. Though i was late in applying for my file Anu maam encouraged me to proceed with the September intake admission. I received my PPR way before the intake start date. I couldn't thank Anu maam enough for all the hard work she has put in from her end. My experience with IDP has been fantastic. Ever since I was allotted Mrs. Sumalatha as my counsellor, my dream of pursuing higher education at Ireland was turning to be a reality. Even through there were lots of downfalls in my case, she always used to find a way out and give me a cracking solution through which I could move on and complete my visa process successfully. And moreover, she was always being available for me irrespective of the office hours. I still remember calling her at 11 pm and discuss my case when I was in a trouble. I expected her to yell at me for calling late night. It was really unprofessional of me to do that. But to my surprise, she patiently listened to what I had to tell and then helped me in my case. I’m very sure there must be no one apart from me who has called her and irritated her with so much of doubts and silly questions. But she was always kind and patient to answer all my questions. When you have a counsellor like Suma, how could you not get visa approved. Yes right, I got my visa approved today and I strongly recommend everyone to go ahead and get the services from IDP. I felt lucky and blessed throughout my visa process because of Shalimar. My situation was really hectic, I20 came late and my classes because of unique course was starting on 9th Aug. I almost lost hope and was looking forward to go to another country for my masters. I was also consulting with another consultant company, but they didn't pay attention to my short deadline.

Shalimar helped me from scratch, in my visa application process to preparing me for my interview. She boosted me with lot of positive energy to trust that this will come through. She made sure and double checked all my documents, so each and every step is looked in to with details and no mistakes. Also, always being available to answer or get on call whenever I freaked out.
