I had the pleasure of working with my counselor for persuing my master's in the UK, Mr. Sagar Khade. He has been very helpful ever since the start of the process (which was about 3 months back).

I had applied for IELTS to study in Canada. After I passed my test I was assigned Raksha as my agent. I swear she was the best agent I could ever get. She came out of her comfort zone to find me colleges in agriculture field which was quite a hassle since I had done my under graduation in BBA. Now talking about the negative side, I was assigned some other counsellor in the beginning. I wouldn't mention her name here. But I am sharing my experience so that it may help someone in the future. So this counsellor, I would say, she didn't provide me the right information and she was not taking her job sincerely. Whenever I used to ask her anything, she used to give me very generic answer, or many times she wouldn't care to answer me. I was totally misguided by her I would say.
At last I contacted IDP manager and requested him to change my counselor and then I was lucky to get Kajal mam as my counselor.
The take away from my story is if you feel you are not provided with the enough help by an IDP counselor, then don't be afraid or don't wait for long to raise it to their senior. And If you are not satisfied even after that you can look for other options as well. Ultimately it is about your future, You are at the stake.
