Idrishti hospital is really good. It's Clean and also do thorough check for patients all age group.
Only concern is the consultation lady doctor (Dr Radha) is very very rude. She does not have any patience toward patients problem and speaks very rudely.

My father was talking to his grandson at reception

. For that she had a problem and told to stay quiet very rudely.
Also got badly annoyed when my young kid could not look in direction where she was pointing during eye checkup.
Horrible doctor.

Dr Radha the worst doctor i met till now may be.better dont consult her for your eye problems.she will not listen you before prescribing medicines, instead she will only decide the thnigs.even she will give u antibiotics, steroids without your notice.

1st my son and now for me, went to idristi eye hospital, uttarahalli. Dr. Dona, soft spoken and a very patient doctor plus their staff Anusha and Geeta, all very supportive. They helped us with right spectacles and guided us with correct lens. Great experience. Wish I can give more stars.

IDRISHTI IS WORST AND PATHETIC EYE CLINIC. DR. RADHA (OLD LADY), SHE IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, DOESN'T EXPLAIN THE DIAGNOSIS PROCESS AND RESULTS. THE CONSULTATION WITH HER TOOK LESS THAN 30 SECONDS. ITS TOTALLY WASTE PAYING CONSULTATION CHARGES. SHE WANTS PEOPLE TO LISTEN WHAT SHE SAYS, IF YOU QUESTION HER ANYTHING THEN SHE WILL SHOUT AND SHOW VERY ANGRY BEHAVIOR. THEY TALK AND FOCUS ON ONLY MONEY.

Their receptionist/desk attendant doesn’t have the courtesy to treat the walk-in patients.

I walked-in and returned back thrice within working hours on both weekdays and weekends because
they are not ready to do the eye testing.

It was good in the starting
but not now.

False information about timing. I called the reception and told them about my arrival time. It took me 40 mins to reach here and I had already informed them. When I reached, they told doctor had just left and was not available. Wasted my time. I asked if they could call the doctor if he had just left, they were not ready to do so.
They said it is only walk-in and no appointments are given when I called to book appointment. Really pathetic behaviour

My father has undergone right eye cataract surgery. Dr. Radha evaluated completely and explained the problems and gave the best solution. Dr. Vishnu was the surgeon, well experienced, polite. All staff were friendly and cooperative. I will recommend this hospital to my family and friends.

Worst experience of service they provide. They just charge for everything. When doctor give prescription for 10 days and after 10 days follow up you are asked to pay again consultation charges. So disay

Had cataract surgery done for my mother at idrishti. They surgery went smooth and the staff took good care of her. Happy with the service provided and surgery done.

Doctor and stafs are very friendly and all are experienced. Less crowd. They diagnosis my mom very well. I used to go to Other renowned hospital near Kundanhalli since 2010, tried this first time and I satisfied.

My dad had Cataract, doctor identified at the early stage and diagnosed. Whole setup the setup is really good. Would definitely recommend, now it has become family hospital.

BEST experience, this hospital is fantastic. My father underwent cataract surgery, and it was successful. The staffs are really helpful, the front office staff gave a good response and the doctor Devaraj Sir so friendly, always takes care of patients. Really loved the experience. I am happy with their service and recommend 5 stars.

I have had the experience in this hospital. I got my mom’s both eyes cataract surgery done and the entire process was very smooth and hassle free. Doctors are super friendly and explain you detail and all the staff is also very caring specially Mr. Ali.

Got cateract surgery of my both eyes last month.idrishti eye hospital at Sarjapur Road, well maintained and the best hospital with advanced operation theater, Dr. Devaraj excellent surgeon, Dr. Radha Mam well experienced cinsultant, well managed Ali Sir.billing n everything transparent n no hiding. Costs are less. All the staff are very homely, Anusha, Amrita, Surya, Jayalakshmi all are very helpful kind of persons. Don't trust this hospital reviews.they r asking patients to put good reviews.they r cheating patients in schimers test. They are putting wrong values in schimers test they will say u have dry eyes u have to put these drops like that. Totally fake.they will put only fake value in ur schimmers test result.please if anyone is watching this review please ask them to show ur result or else don't trust them. Ask them to do once more. For this bad review they will ask someone or they will arrange someone to put good review. Don't ever trust this people and the management. Management is very worst. Who ever had put reviews here be true to ur self.
