Service man Mr. Venkatesh visited and damaged the machine.

Intitially accepted for replacement of damaged part, but later turn up to be fraud.

Plz be very careful with these service guy.

One of the worst service provider, they don't respond to any of their customers queries.and they do not take any action until it reaches to court.i had to fight hard to get my money back from these cheaters.their franchise cheated me by charging more for the replacement and giving fake bills to avoid paying tax to government. Finally i had to file case against them to get my money.

Worst place to work, no professionalism and lack of communication please do no work over here it waste of time and fake promises are been made at CSR department. The manager (Abhisek) has no manner he screams on employees treat them as slaves and never valued even if you do work hard and get through all targets.

@IFBAppliances i purchased IFB Senator WSS steam washing machine on 14th jan it worked good for 6 months, now it started giving problem.after completeion of wash program (wash+Rinse+Spin), we see clothes are wet but no clue of water in the drum.we registered complaint several times with the IFB care but no resolution.techinician visits our place and do random checks but they are not giving any resolution.now i am thinking i made a mistake by purchasing IFB product.my old LG machine was working very good

Pathetic sales counter lady.no basic customer service and makes eye gesture for walk-ins customers.
Very low standard for a showroom @ factory outlet next to IFB industry.
Its show the IFB carelessness towards their customers and brand value.

I will not give them a single star even, but due to minimal level it need to be selected.the worst company ever seen they doesn't have co-operation between their departments. Called me for interview and conducted 3 different rounds after that they disclosed the offer and verified the documents finally they said to wait for a hour, after that their reply is will update your offer letter on mail before evening but I haven't get any! So after catching them through call their reply is your post is on hold.these dam guys ruined my whole day and money of traveling all the way to banglore.
The worst company ever seen and poor communication flow between them.they will simply waste your time by calling for interviews. Please don't trust and waste your valuable time.

I ever seen worst washing machine. I was purchased based on IFB brand name but worst experience. Service people are worst and arrogant behavior. We paid AMC amount of Rs. 6844/- but every time charging. Please think before by this product

I DON'T KNOW ABOUT INSIDE SITUATION IN IFB INDUSTRY. BUT INTERVIEW PROCESS IS VERY BAD. WE HAVE TO WAIT ON ROAD FOR MORE THAN A HOUR.

The worst experience I had with this company. Technician never turned up or attended my call, after the product was brought to home. Never ever go for IFB ️

My husband worked in this company but they have not paid the salary. I ever seen this type of company

They are producing motors like sh.t.
You will get all possible defects in a single motor like noise, capacitor burn, shaft bend and vibrations vibration.

IFB after sale service is very poor.
They are cheater.
Even after AMC they asked money all the time with their different excuses.
