I gave my iphone se for repair and the service was top notch and they gave it before expected time
Delivery was absolutely perfect….

Fraud in my view- recently for my iPhone battery change, I asked for old battery however the request was denied and told that collect from Indra nagar branch however Indra nagar branch also denied. Replaced battery doesn’t work well.

Was a Great Experience and I actually got my iPhone 7 Plus battery replaced with original battery and for my Mac, they successfully replaced my HDD with SSD too!

Even though the replacement battery didn’t work they still fixed the speaker and they were very friendly and reasonable too and they put my old battery back too without any issue I would definitely recommend coming back here.

Not a very pleasant experience. I changed my ipad mini 4 battery via IFix (marathalli). Charges are almost same as what apple authorized center charges. They promised OEM battery same as what apple would provide. Home Pickup and drop was provided.

First time the battery was totally faulty and the device was returned to me without even testing. After raising complaint they took back device and replaced battery and this time its better but battery back up is poor and take lot of time to charge with original cable,
With apple original battery the ipad battery backup was around 9 hrs initially. Now its max 3 hrs with ifix battery.
Battery stats all haywire. The apple support app clearly says that battery needs replacement.
So its very evident that its a duplicate battery.
Complained again but this time no one called back.
I am not going back to Ifix again.
Better get it done by apple even if they charges few bucks more.
You will get better peace of mind.

It can be much much better, never go for iphone/apple devices… they say part will be registered, but it will next registers

This is a review for a old purchase in Dec ‘2020. After reading a lot of positive reviews i went to this place in Koramangala for changing the battery on my iphone. They made me wait for half an hour to 45 mins. Their service area is inside which u cannot see nor enter. Anyway battery was changed, they said it was a genuine replacement and gave me 6 months warranty. My phone worked well for 4 months with battery health around the 95% mark. 5th month onwards Battery started heating up within 20 mins of normal use or when put on charging even when battery health was 94%. Just towards end of 6th month from date of purchase the battery swelled up and forced open the touch screen.
Point being the battery they replaced wasn’t genuine so they r not trust worthy, also in those 45 mins of waiting tomw i suspect they would hv removed some parts too.

It had given my Mac Pro for key board replacement. They have changed the keyboard and made sure all the other things are not working.

1st screen wasn’t coming they come home say there was loose connect
2nd again key board not working again repair done had a fight as they were asking for extra money
3rd now the keyboard acting very funny just taking inputs of random character. Worst and horrible service

I recently got iPhone 6s battery replaced by Mr. Irfan. He claims to have over 8years of experience and it was very visible in his work. Moreover, he was polite and professional.
The battery comes with 6 months of warranty. Will update regarding the battery performance soon.

Pathetic service. After reading a lot of reviews I chose to get my 12 pro max repaired from them. But when they repaired the original issue of broken back glass and wifi antenna, a new issue with faceid came up. The wifi is still not working properly and they want me to pay to repair the Face ID now. When asked about fixing the wifi for which I have already paid, the response was “according to our technician it is working fine” when the 5Ghz network of their store itself is not getting detected by the phone. And now they are saying that we cant install parts to make your phone new. It will work like that only. Scammers. They will fix 1 problem but will create a new problem and ask you to pay for the new issue. Pathetic pathetic service. Never ever giving any of my gadgets to Ifix anymore.

Very prompt and phenomenal service. I interacted with an executive named Manoj Singh who was very polite and courteous. My service was done within a day at a very affordable price. This business is legitimate.

I had recently got serviced my battery for MacBook 11 inch air from iFix Bangalore. Mr executive Mr Manoj is very diligent and fast throughout the repair process. He travelled all the way covering some 30 km to reach and I highly recommend iFix team for your repairs

My iPAD and MacBook Pro service been done at iFIX. Problem were rectified correctly and promptly. I do not found any issues post rectification. Technician and person who collected the device (Mr Manoj) they responded and understood the requirements well. Keep continuing good service.

Poor performing battery installed by iFix! IFix team is not picking the calls after repair job!

Battery: iFix team told that this is a genuine battery with 6 month warranty (they have not sent warranty certificate yet). After replacement, the new battery performed very poorly. The charge drained in less than 8 hours even if the phone is idle. Reported this to iFix team, and they sent technician and replaced with a new battery again. This battery is also performing poorly. I have to charge the phone 3 times a day. And need to carry power bank always.
When I sent this details to them in WhatsApp and try to call, they are not picking my calls.
Didn’t expect this from a big service company. 3 people called me to ask me whether I have replaced it or not, now nobody is picking the calls.

Good service and communicating with staffs are really good quick and safe service

Professional team and original spares that too at very reasonable rates compared to Apple authorised service centres. Plus they provide door step services. I had recently taken their service for replacing my iphone battery. Engineer reached home within an hour as promised and replacement was done in front of me within 30 mins. It was a WoW experience!

BEWARE OF THESE CHEATS

My IPad Air2 display had got spoilt.

I had taken it to IFIX KORAMANGALA for repair.

Mr. Usman at the reception told me to change the display for IPad Air2
would cost Rs. 11000/- and assured me 1 year warranty which I gladly paid.

After 3 months Flickering issues started appearing on my IPad Air2
display.

I took my My IPad Air2 to IFIX KORAMANGALA with my 1 year warranty bill
copy and told Mr. Usman about the flickering issue in the display.

Mr. Usman told me the warranty for 1 year was not valid on Flickering
issue & told me to pay another Rs11000/- if I wanted the display changed.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS & SAVE YOUR MONEY

Job was battery & screen replacement. Excellent service. Appreciate Mr Usman, especially for his politeness & professionalism. He deserves encouragement.

My old MacBook keyboard stopped working. Contacted the store and went to drop it off. I was passing by anyway. The job was done by the time my evening with friends was done. Got it back in 4 hours and perfect condition. Highly recommend for good service and no nonsense.

Had some confusion regarding diagnostic and inspection charges for my Mac book initially.ifix manager from Indira nagar called me and clarified all the doubts I have. He is very polite and listened to all my issues patiently. Overall a good service.

Seems like ifix is cheating customer by not revealing right information:

1. They won't give your original sreen back and keep it to themselves. When I said that I wound take back my faulty screen back, they denied service stating some so called self proclaimed Mangement Rules. Hilarious it is, the way they are cheating customer. You can't take something which is mine/ I have paid for, Period. Unfortunate & unprofessional.

2. If you look carefully, all screens have scratches on the back and they would say it's because of testing. That's really fishy and raises the eyebrow for their originality claim.

3. They claim, it's original screen and will charge 13500 for IPhone X, but look at the professionalism, they will not put proper waterproof glue to the screen. I insisted, then they said ok, we will do it at extra cost. The point is, not the cost, but the unprofessional/ casual conduct. Probably (hypothesis) if they don't put proper waterproof glue, its best for them, as water will seep-in easily, then you will again visit Ifix and they won't give you the so called 2 years warranty as its liquid Damage. Ta Daa, the light Bulb moment, visit again Ifix for screen replacement. The subscription continues. Great Business Model.

4. If you don't put proper seal, it's not just only water will seep in, the regular glue will not have proper weight distribution and if pressure in pocket goes high a bit, your screen might see some vertical line and guess what, it will be again not covered sir/mam, as ifix will say its pressure damage. Hilarious.

Considering everything, if I find Ifix, a very unprofessional service provider with No intention to put customer first. Well this is my personal view and my experience.

I had given my macbook air for screen replacement. They replaced with a piece with no working camera. Since I left bangalore post this and saw that camera wasn't working when i reached my hometown. Due to security reasons i didnt send my mac to their facility immediately. Later the mac stopped working within few days. When i took it again to the store after few months after reaching bangalore the manager said the motherboard is dead due to high voltage. And they said it may be liquid spill just to avoid the damage they have done, and my warranty is still there. I took the mac to two stores where they confirmed its not liquid spill and the motherboard had stopped working due to faulty connections. I had checked with my serial number 2018 model with Apple store and they said Apple had taken back all macs with faulty logicboard. So the manager can't lie about this. Their behaviour is worse and I could just go on. But point being if needed then I might raise a cyber crime complaint if my employer says so. There are already consumer complaints which I recently noticed. So, its not only me they say its high voltage but to many customers they say liquid spill or other reasons. It would just cost my time, but if required I will. It is not like I dont have connections or influence in Bangalore. I had worked here for almost ten years.

Bijo was professional and too humble enough to show me everything in detail the technicalities about the display that was broken on my IPhone and he fixed it in my eye front which made me be confident and kept me transparent about the service. Thanks to Ifix for the door service. You guys are great.

Was contacted by their GM who explained me the problems they faced and offered to fix it. Which they did quickly and to my satisfaction.

Excellent service. Wanted to get the battery replaced for an iPhone. They came home with an original Apple battery and completed the swap. Biju was very efficient, courteous.

I had a brilliant experience with Zain. He promptly came home, and explained why the issue occurred and replaced the display within 15 minutes. It's so much better than going to an Apple Service centre, them taking the device for a few days, etc. Highly recommended

I’ve been trying to find a battery replacement for my iPhone6, with no success. IFix India, Indiranagar, only had the battery, but their doorstep service was a boon. I must mention Venky, the technician, his work was efficient and quick and he was very polite. Highly recommend iFix!

I was a return customer to IFix tho they charge higher than other companies I wanted quality. But unfortunately my 2nd experience with them was terrible. They promised to deliver my laptop in 2 days and took 6 that's too with constant follow ups. It came to me dirty with finger prints all over it and without the charger. I missed my work deadlines because of their unprofessionalism. Plus my laptop is as slow as it was before the repair. Definitely will not go back to them again.
