I had quite a good experience with this company as Ms yumna helped me with getting placed and she helped my friends as well

Scheduled and in- house hirings are happening and hirings on vendor payroll for back end jobs in priority basis.

I got the mail regarding the job details and for to schedule an interview, they provided the numbers to call, which neither are not responding. Then why did they sent the mail and wasting my time. Don't do this.

When the candidate arrives at 12.30 give him opportunity for the round of interviews.
Instead wasting 30min in waiting and saying lunch hour wait 1hour (1pm to 2pm)
This is not acceptable!

Lunch is important. But at the same time dedication too

U can have lunch.few minutes late also nothing wil happen.

You guys are getting paid if candidate gets selected.and don't forget even the candidates have come for the basic requirements.

My experience I have share here such a worst consultancy it is first they will call you and have openings in concentric and ask our aadhar details and bio data we trust and share the all the details and write a test as well the hr was inform the qualified as well, end of the day waiting so many days later we call and ask about the status and when will further round. This worst IGNITES CAPITAL will test the process is shut down definitely we will inform once the process of start and escape from us.

Horrible place to work.plz if any one recieves an invite or if u have recieved offer plz do reject.coz i have really faced a horrible exp with these people especially swati hr she way too rude.i was working from home i requested them to send the resume over mail they told u have to comr to office and collect during the pandemic and the company 28km from my house i was requested and pleaded for offer they dint send and no fixed salary was given.i worked for one month and they paid my salary after 4 months.and a lot of partiality was done as i was working from home they never considered my candidates at all.very bad.and after one month they processed only one candidate and paid me just 2k as my salary after 4 months.plz do not go here and waste ur career

Their hiring process is little bit slow but genuine. They got me hired in Concentrix. They don't ask for money from the candidate's like the most of the fraud consultancies. So you should definitely go for it.
