Disappointing Experience at Ikeva, Marathahalli. Friday I called ikeva to inquire about a 2 seat space, and I must say that I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The lady was so arrogant. I think you people should first train your employees to talk properly.
Worst experience with operations. Receptionist and front end team is super unprofessional and has no civil code of conduct. They need to be trained. I think 91 springboard and We work have much better professionalism, hospitality and hygiene.
Claustrophobic, things aren't in place, poor infrastructure and bad condition of ops, even the AC doesn't seem to work at all, despite many complaints no proper.air conditioning. There are much better alternates in Bangalore try out those
Lady who is a receptionist has an obnoxious behavior, me and few of colleagues experienced that. Expiry tea bags and items in the canteen, 0 sanitization practices and extremely uneducated behavior with arrogance of the front end receptionist is the reason I would rate then 0/5. However we escalated the issues to their management.
They are not true to their words. They will say that the documents can be used for registration, when it gets declined they will ask to upgrade package.and when ask for refund they deduct money and refund. They just loot you. Horrible experience.
Edited for the reply posted. If it is the government why do you sell a package for saying virtual offices are available for GST and Office registration and if not successful why not provide full refund but deduct money? More the ideal is not what was expected but definitely not worthy to recommend anyone.
