Poor sales force, doesn't even talk properly. No customer focus. Sales guys here hike the price, doesn't communicate the offers. I will go to Jayanagar iplanet who are much nice and approachable team. With this attitude of sales team the store will close soon. This is a caution to the investors on this store. Better you train your people.
I bought my laptop from Imagine where I found the sales person was speaking in a compared way and attended me well.

We had called the customer care of Imagine for inquiry yesterday and received a call from Mr. Sandeep, sales person from Imagine store at Orion Mall. He informed us over phone to visit the store for the details and had assured to give hard copy of the quotation for purchase of Apple iPad. But on visiting the store sales person Mr. Sandeep informed us that due to server issue, the hard copy cannot be given and had promised to send the mail before 7 pm the same day. But still the quotation was not sent even after the next day. No response/reply to the calls or messages. Pathetic customer service. Then how can we expect after sales service? Worst experience ever had. Even a small retail stores are very good at customer service. These people are least bothered. Will not recommend to anyone.

We were here in at Imagine store for getting our Mac Book Air, but due to the superb support Representative Mr. *waseem* we ended up buying an iPhone as well. This store is very well spaces and has good customer representative. It has good quality products and representation of the products in display. We had a good time and received a good quality service. Thank you and Good day!
