This is by far the best Resort i have visited, the kind of service and hospitality provided is beyond the limits and everything is well organised mainly the campfire with drinks was awesome

Place is awesome and the view is great.the most important was it's near to the main road. Hospital is too good and staff is friendly. Good food and ambiance.best for weekend gateway.

The highlight of the resort is its vast lush green in the premises, completely detached from the chaotic outside world!

We went here recently and the resort is beautiful. It's lush with greenery and open air. Very peaceful place. The place is highly recommended with family and friends to have fun, joy and relax your oscillation.

Wonderful place with many activities. Staff is wonderful in terms of personalized service. We were in group and enjoyed their bone-fire with music.

The resort was absolutely fantastic! The staff was welcoming, the spa facilities were top-notch, and the location was stunning. The treatments were rejuvenating, the amenities were great, and the dining options were superb. The resort exuded tranquility and provided a luxurious experience. Highly recommended

Food and hospitality was good, kitchen staff Babu was generous on all our requests and provided a great service. Service by Jeevan was also good

We had been there for a day outing with Friends on a Sunday. Food is average. Amenities average. They take lot of time to serve what we ask for. And have not diligently maintained surroundings, washrooms and pool.
But I must mention the greenery and sizable garden is great for a relaxation time with friends and families.

Not much crowded and an ideal place for photoshoot with green lushes around. They allow photoshoot in this resort and charge hourly basis.
They will also provide room for changing dress if needed.

Nice place to chill with friends and family. Miss. Priya Singh is really helpful. She is the sales manager der. Just ask her for any queries and she will sort out things for u. Keep up the good work ook from umera resorts.

Everything was decent, enjoyed my stay but the indoor games floor needs maintenance, false ceiling needed repair and everything there was too dusty, still played few games of pool. (Couldn't even use the snooker table).

Nice ambience, Limited food options probably due to current situation but we ordered Chinese food was awesome
Especially appreciate the Manager and staff who made arrangements for us even when a large Birthday party was going on

Very poor management.
Staff are very rude.
Even at 12 there was no check in. We were made to wait 3 hrs for check in, rooms were not cleaned. We kept getting excuses that staff is busy, they are having food and all.
All the staff were extremely rude to customers. Do not expect great treatment here.

Over all. Compare to any resort in the world. IMERA resort will bottom last.

It may be because of the corona effect, it wasn't much crowded on Jan17,21. We have walked for a luch and ton spend some time in a serene and pollution free environment. Lunch needs improvement. Don't forget to order early as it will take time to get served. Food is above average. However, it depends on what we expect and something to do with our taste buds. It s purely a personal choice.
The lawn and the pool was maintained well. Not much to expect otherwise. Good fit for just hanging out.

Best place to hang over with friends. Giva a call before going directly as due to pandemnic restaurant closes at 10 pm.

Nice place for a day out. 1.5 km from Sarjapur Main road. In the lockdown they were out of business hence not maintained.hit a good bargain around 3000 to keep them afloat.

Lush green pastures. Cool and calm. Absolute Serene. Good rooms. Very good hospitality and room service. Food is ok. Chicken dishes are good. Absolute end of the city. Clean air. Good deal at this time considering the current situation. Anyone looking for a ideal getaway should try this place.

Best place for Hookah and food is simply delicious. Customer service is also excellent. Worth a long drive.

Service is super slow. Tea was not served at the room when asked for, as the guy serving tea wasn't available even at 9 AM.
Rooms are good, but there is leakage in washrooms.
Restaurant service is also slow, no water is served, need to go and ask for each and everything, even tissue papers.
Of you have hell lot of patience do visit.

Had a team outing at Imera Resorts. Enjoyed playing lots of indoor and outdoor games and swimming pool activities. Food was delicious. Resort was maintained well. Staff was friendly. Overall very good experience.

We went for office team outing and place is good. Food is ok but you didn't find any shops near by so keep everything which you need for daily basis.

We went for a team outing (group of 15ppl). Our requirement was simple. A big ground with lawn (played archery, cricket and football), few indoor games (played badmiton, foosball and snooker) and a swimming pool.

The resort is awesome. The staffs are very Co operative & managed the event quite in a nice way. Special thanks to Shivu for being with us all the day and helping us in everything. Buffet was arranged as per the scheduled time and it was very good.

Imera resort is relatively cheaper when compared to other resorts in Bangalore and the best part is it is not too far from City (ORR is just half hour drive).

Ambience and food is really good. We celebrated bday of our family member and the whole place was very nice decorated with rose petals and also we had candle light dinner. Mr. Gopi arranged most of it. Would recommend this place for sure, you can spend great time with your family like a day out or a weekend rejuvenated stay.

One of the worst resorts I have ever been. Only rooms are clean and neat. Rent little higher. Food is horrible. I think chef does not know to cook neither north indian nor south indian. Buffet lunch /dinner ₹600/plate which did not contain one tasty dish is really costly. Not suitable for families. Bar is nearby rooms whereas restaurant is far from the rooms past a huge lawn. It is scary to walk there for dinner since there are no lights on the pathway. It was raining heavily in the evening the rain water will easily enter front corridor and few of the visitors slipped and fell when they came out of the room. Restaurant service is too bad. Nobody bothers. Overall a messy trip. Did not enjoy. The one star is for the room ambience.

We went on a wrong day I think as there was a power failure in the area. Lunch didn't have many options.

Resort location is too interior.picture in the resort website and the relatity of the resort is opposite.the resort is very badly maintained there are more security personal than the cleaning staff.food in restaurant is like what they have that only we should eat.and very pricey (ex: 1 single roti cost is Rs. 60). We can go there if people don't have any option for resort in Sarjapur road.

Ok ok place. Infrastructure is good but food is average.hospitality is also ok.they serve hookah it's good for hookah lovers.overall decent place to just hang out.

Nice place to hang out. Resort needs to be energetic. The restaurant is not up to the mark.unhygienic. When got inside restaurant area it smelled like garbage. Food is OK.

Excellent, we have simply enjoyed our stay here. The Hospitality is fabulous, the staff is very friendly, food is yummy what more can we ask for. Special thanks to Mr. Jeffery the manager for arranging everything we needed.

Resort ambience is nice but the cafe inside seems boring and service was soo bad. Food cost is too high and not so tasty also.

Nice ambience, cordial staff, and rooms are filled with lizards especially after evenings, we had a bad experience of lizards falling over, otherwise everything was fine, good home cooked food, nice greenery around, well maintained lawns. 2 stars are for the lack of pest control (especially lizards).

Good place to enjoy with family unmarried are also allowed here but swimming costume is mandatory that they don't have collection we must carry, resort and restaurant no idea but rooms are good

Wonderful place to hangout with friends, spacious enough for party and family events with accommodation facility. Well maintained natural garden with fresh breeze all season. Must visit place in life time.

Amazing resort!

Went here at around 2 AM. Ppl had all the patience to help us get everything that we wanted!

We had been for weekend it was mixed feelings.enjoyed the place its well planned and too much of trees, green.swimming pool was not cleaned, it' too small too.restaurant was not that clean and the pice what they are changing is crazy.

Awesome place for families and friends. Have pool, hall, food hall, sports, lawn, bar and what not! A getaway for stress free weekend. Only demerit is: location is kind of weird.

Be careful before going to this place i visited this place with my couple of friends since its my first visit i was not aware of this resort the incident happen like once we entered we ordered for drink they said its not available only hookah cn be taken thought to walkout and v stared moving out manager came and said they cn serve beer and vodka v agreed and tuk couple of beer & vodka shots and hookah and ordered few starters trust me the material they used for hookah s horrible and they dint put hookah charcoal instead some wooden coal they used and later v asked fr bill fr 140 rs beer they charged 480rs & fr 130 rs its 390 the price is 250% more than MRP the total bill was 9365 rs den v argued and ask them to show bar licence but he could'nt able to show and argument kept on gng at last v said wil b paying nly MRP price for liquor and paid 6000rs fr over all so dont ever visit this place they wil cheat nicely

Worst resort I had ever visited.
They claim that they have bar, but there was only half bottle of vodka left.when insisted to serve more by my friends bartender says he can't get stocks till next day.

Visited this place a few days ago and it was a massive let down. Food was terrible and super expensive. The staff were so disinterested and it came across like we were being a burden to them. The property itself wasn't well lit and wasn't well maintained. The only saving grace was the room, which I thought was quite decent. So, if you are just looking for a place to crash for a night it's ok.but, if you are looking at it as a place to hangout with family or friends, then, I would recommend you look elsewhere.

Very very bad experience. Heard about this cool place in Sarjapur which is open till 3am. Went there with expectations of hukkah and food (confirmed on call with the executive about that) gained nothing. The hukkah was too bad, nobody was attending any complain and no person came up to take food order. Food order had to be given in kitchen which was not even maintained properly. Left the venue after seeing the kitchen.
Simple thing do not promise if you do not have enough people to handle the crowd, is it worth travelling so far? Ask again before going.
