Today, our family had a terrible experience at Imperial Indiranagar. I never imagined how things could go wrong within a 20 days (our last visit).
Here are trouble makers:
AC was not working and it was highly suffocating and only one fan was used in one corner. Inspire of telling many times the managers were not responding on this front. We had to leave the food and walk out of the restaurant as it was highly suffocating.
Pathetic Shawarma - never imagined such poor quality shawarma from an iconic brand like imperial. For sure these guys don't know to make shawarma.
Horrible service: After giving us fried rice, we had to tell 2-3 waiter for getting spoons.

Please dont spoil the brand of Imperial.

A family friendly restaurant with tasty food and good atmosphere. Restaurant staff are very good. Food quantity and quality is great

Imperial restaurant has lost its reputation. The food wasn't up to the mark. And the person who took orders from us were very arrogant and rude. I'm not sure if I'm gonna pitch in there again.

The food tasted good, suited the taste of those fron outstation. Just had to pay for water separately.

Good food, ordered chicken kabab (oil fry), mutton biryani, we were at 6: 00 pm, that's the reason we received afternoon batch, taste wise not bad, chicken kabab was fresh and crispy.
As usual the Imperial experience.
I prefer kalyan nagar branch personally

Seats or not clean and I ordered a biryani i got 2 leg piece but that was only bone without mussel

I liked it here. I was around 1am in night, we ordered Prawns pepper fry, chicken Kabab, butter chicken, brain pepper fry with 3 tandoori roti. Gotta say they bought all these items fast n they are all delicious.

Ordered a take out for chicken chilli kabab and butter chicken.
They both were OK ok kinda tasting!

0 taste buyed grill chicken and gee rice there is no salt and spice in the gravy and chicken only oil

Mutton (sweet corn & hot&sour) soups and chicken lollipop starters are must try with Mutton brain pepper fry

Quality and Quantity at its worst!
Will definitely not recommend it, too pricey as well.
Road street food will be much better at cheaper and affordable price.

Their food has always been tasty. And their price is much cheaper than Empire (taste is almost similar between both)

I am giving 2 star here is my review

First of all whenever i visit.they charge me for 2 bottle but i was using only one.this is happening all the time during visit.so its clearly visible we need to take care extra precautions on billing.
. I wanted to post my bill but i dont find option to upload my bill

2) very very expensive hotel compare to earlier.may be management has changed.

3) they dont tell u need half or full.you have to
decidde whether u need half or ful because their tactic is gather money as much as they can

Gone to seed is all that I can say!
It's been a difficult time for all especially the Food industry BUT keep your place clean if you have decided to open your shutters?
We were famished otherwise would have walked out with the unkempt nature of the restaurant.

Empire and imperial is kinda same, but don't know why the prices of the food items are so high. It's okay to pay if the quality of the food matches the price, but NO.

Worst service we got there is no proper AC and regular power problems full of swet again we won't visit that place

My all time favorite restaurant since childhood. Their chicken Kabab is one of the unique starter and been maintained for more than 3 decades. Pocket friendly restaurant.

Well maintained and courteous staff. The have kept the original theme and looks but that seems to have less takers as it was not crowded at the peak of noon. That however was an advantage as we got our food served pretty fast. The security guard was so helpful in finding a parking spot.

Awesome place for Non Veg lovers, Kababs and grilled chicken was awesome and highly recommended.
But Biriyanis and fried rice are not Good, Mushroom pepper fry so tastier
