Dr. Gopinath is a very professional doctor and there is an air of calmness and peace around him. He takes his time to discuss the issues in detail, looking at a problem holistically (physically, mentally and emotionally) and provides a therapy plan including discussing necessary diet and lifestyle modifications that need to be done to support the treatment.

The Panchakarma therapies were also professionally done and I am grateful to the entire team to help with the treatment and therapies.

The detox helped me feel light in body, mind and spirit.

I've been here one time a couple of months ago and the service was good. I had a lot of body ache and felt good and relaxed after.

I've tried getting a follow up appointment with inchara for a few times now and they just don't seem to have basic courtesies of confirming or not confirming. Had to call continuously a few times before someone decides to call back and tell me they don't have a slot after initially telling me that they can book a 12 noon slot but will confirm. I had to follow up for a confirmation to which there were no responses and finally got a response after making multiple calls to them.

CAN ANYONE SUGGEST A BETTER PLACE FOR THESE THERAPIES. Maybe inchara is too popular and busy.

Here treatment is simply waste of money and valuable time.
I was going through this medication, i never felt any o. 1% improvement.
That's how my experience here.
So think once before going to get treated.

Well trained staff. Good therapy Ayurvedic massage was about 1900 time taken 90 min. I would say the price is a little on the higher side and can be reduced.

Head massage is worst no relaxation. They damage roots very harshly. Body massage also, they simply pour oil and rub the body. No pressure points relaxing. Waste of money. That to they show in online for 1300 they give steam bath. But when u come. Here they say no steam bath for that rate. 1900 they charge. Money waste

I had a good experience at Inchara Ayur Care. Dr. Gopinath is patient, kind and does extreme detailing of your medical history. The treatment and medication prescribed by him has been pain relieving. The ayur therapist Nisu is equally deft with her hands. She ensures that you are comfortable all through the services. She knows her work and hand holds you until you complete your therapy. I had undergone virechan panchakarma and am completely satisfied with it. Thank you.

The experience at Inchara was very nice. My masseuse Nisu took great care and made sure I was comfortable during the entire course of panchakarma. Dr. Gopinath was also very thorough on his diagnosis and provided us with good consultation.

I had a day treatment therapy, and it was a highly releaving experience. I highly recommend Dr Gopinath and his team for their services, as they listens to your issues in detail and suggest and treat the issue accordingly.

Horrible experience! This place rather shut down, they seem to have lost all their experienced staff. They don't have a trained masseuse, no clean towels, the shirodhara was useless. The lady in charge of the massage was least interested in giving a massage, she just rubbed oil around and was not even keen on helping me with my knots. She was not even trained to do a shirodhara.

Dr. Gopinath is very knowledgeable and explains the procedure very well. I visited Inchara for sever sinusitis and got cured within a week. It has been 4+ months, and never had nasal congestions or headaches. Thanks to the entire team for professional treatment.

They provide excellent Ayurvedic therapies and also massages. Amazingly simple and effective place to heal body

Excellent place for Yoga. Yoga trainer Dayanand sir is very dedicated and and knowledgeable. Also the spa and ayurvedic massage treatments are absolutely wow. Therapists are very professional and the overall experience is very good. Price wise a bit on the higher side

This is absolutely picky place to get the ayurvedic massage done with the reasonable price and the ambience and staff and the Cleanliness is really good. Please try.

I could have easily ruined my immunity by having allopathic medicines but Thank-you for fixing my neck sprain with the wonderful massage. You guys know your work very well. Steam bath post massage made my day. Over-all had an amazing experience but prices are on little higher side. It should have been priced at 1500 instead of 1900.

I had recently been to Inchara Ayur care center in Kothanur for a body massage as I had severe neck and shoulder pain. One Mr. Bineeth did the massage for me, he was so professional at his service, as I experienced a relief from my shoulder pain, and it was amazing.

I have been to so many massage Centers but her Bineeth did a wonderful job and truly I would recommend you people to go to this center as they have well trained staff. Especially Bineeth. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Really nice place, undergoing back pain treatment.
Dr. Gopinath really listens carefully and recommends the correct treatment.
I was recommended Kati Basti and Navara Kizhi ayurvedic treatment.
Bineeth was the person who took all sessions and the way he did all the sessions, it was really really good, I got immediate relief after 2-3 sessions

Instead of Kerala ayurvedic massage, received the spa massage, as the massage therapist was not trained in ayurvedic massage. We specifically.come to ayurvedic centers, for ayurvedic massage and not spa massage.

Massage therapist change was not informed to us, which booking as well.

Excellent place. I went their for two purposes. To meet a Ayurvedic doctor for my sudden onset of joint pains and to get a Ayurvedic massage.
About the doctor. Dr. Gopinath was very patient, checked and asked a very exhaustive list of questions and did a thorough check. Very thorough professional. I need to get some tests done and go meet him again.
The massage was also top-notch. I have been to my fair share of ayurvedic massages and I can say confidently that this among the best. Very clean, hygienic and a very thorough massage. Felt totally rejuvenated after the massage.

Hello All,
I had went for Ayurvedic treatment at Inchara Ayur care.
Dr. Gopinath has taken time and understand my back and hip pain problem. Then asked for MRI and Blood test to be taken.
After diagnosis of both reports, he prescribed me for 8 days of therapy Ayurvedic treatment procedure and medicines. This therapy session is really good by therapist Mr. Arun. I Have to go for final review in 3-4 days. I will surely recommend this center to others.

Today.s session taken by Arun was superb. Truely.holistic approach. Shloks with varied techniques. Highly recommended

Pretty good treatment. Both Dr. Gopinath really takes the time to understand the underlying issue and prescribe the appropriate treatment. The therapist Arun implemented it very well. I came with lower back pain caused by disk herniation and the 8 days of therapy has given me about 90 percent relief. The yoga sessions to strengthen the back are still pending. Will give the final review after that.

The place is also very well maintained and the staff are very courteous. Also there is flexibility for the treatment schedule depending on the Doctor and therapists availability.

I underwent treatment for persistent elbow issue -tennis elbow. The consultation with Dr. Gopinath was very good. Underwent a 10 day course with him which included personalised yoga sessions and massage therapy. Focus was on over all health and also muscle strengthening. Now I'm symptom free.
The massage therapists are really good. The ambience is very relaxing. The staff are very courteous. Would definitely recommend it for specific ailments or even for just relaxation massage therapy and rejuvenation.
