No complementary car wind shield cleaning available, which is now a standar service in most big setup fuel retail points. Also, the air pump was out of order

This petrol punk is in junction of 19th main road and outer ring road. It is oldest place in the hsr layout. The punk got all facilities including air filling, emission certificate, puncher shop, insurance renewal facility, small coffee shop in the corner with a big parking facility. I always have concern on quality and quantity of the filling with service. Not conveniences most of the time

Citibank card machine doesn't work most times though they have tie up with Citibank for their petrocard. Too much delay in filling air esp for 4 wheelers as they do not encourage queue and 2 wheelers keep breaking queues.

I don't use this place anymore after I got fleeced on the petrol that I put into my tank. Beware of the meter, they can run faster than it should.

I found this place convenient for the quick traveller who might be running out of gas. Try to get the basic amount done here and then top up at a Shell nearby. You pay 5 rupees more per litre, but you get all that you paid for.

It used to be a good trusted place for extrapremimun petrol. But now a days the staff have become very rude. Today I asked them fill my tank of my car slowly and when I saw the meter jumping to Rs 80 directly after 0 reading, I asked the guy who was filling it (name Umesh, a 50+ aged person). How come a meter reading go with such a speed when someone holds it at level 1. He answered very rudely, unprofessionally and started scolding in Kannada. And this happened early morning around 7am. Instead of clearing the doubts of customers, they start scolding us in their local language. I reported it to their manager but I don't think they are going to act on this. Plz avoid this outlet if u don't want to loose your self respect. I had a very bad experience.

Good gas station with various facilities provided for customers, they provide all sort of petrol disel and other motor or car related stuff, stuff is helpful and service is quick.
They have an air check facility as well where they check tyre air and provide same.free of cost (you can always drop some tips to the guy giving service though if happy)
Just to note on one of the entry edge they have couple of box shops one do give pollution certificate which is valid for 6months and just touched to it is a puncture management shop where service provider is really good in what he does.

Consistently a fraud station. I’ve been their customer since 2013 and they play this trick where they fill petrol for less and punch in a higher figure on the paying machine and bank on your inattentiveness to make the ‘steal’. Happened with me more than once and I stopped going there. Again today I had to go there for some reason and they tried to charge me Rs 100 higher than what they filled.
Need to find out how to complain to IOC about their crooked tactics.

Full cheating.just before 2km of think bunk my buk petrol over. I was ride with reserve. I had 110 RS petrol from this bunk. After 2km ride, again my byke stopped due to petrol was over. Later visited another one and had petrol. I was on imp work. Other wise I could I gone back and question them.however it's a waste of time to fight with them.always most of petrol bunks are tampering and cheating customer.this govt don't care about this. Becareful of this bunk guys.

Needs to be very careful with staff.
It seems like something fraud.
The petrol is showing more on meter but not in actuality.

Good quality of fuel but be alert when filling fuel. Tma couple of attendants are cheats and try to distract you.

Be careful with staff. They cheated me. When I asked them to fuel for 400, he did not ask me to check zero. Swiped for full money, but he just fueled for 200 rupees. I couldn't check properly because I was in hurry. I'll never go again there.
