Indian Oil Petrol Pump / IOC - Shree Service Station

No petrol and wrong location. Petrol pump is shown as the opposite of the road where there is no road whatsoever. But the employee gave a water bottle and directed to go to nearest pump to fill. But no petrol after towing and not finding petrol in that pump is really pathetic experience overall.

They cheated me as well, very worst behaviour. They will distract you by asking you the mode of payment repeatedly. Usually in other petrol bunks they will ask us to note zero before starting. Here while one person distract the other person will start filling without informing you.

Even I got cheated by this Petrol Bunk, almost a month ago, I asked them for 20L at beginning they said just stock filled so we need to trail so they setup for 5L first by which at display it didn't showed the amount it was just written as SALE on the Pump Machine display, then later remaining 15L they setup & filled it was showing the Amount for 15L as I thought they were saying the truth then later after passing few Kilometers away I noticed the Car Fuel marks the points which I get every time I fuel it for 20L it was less this time & mileage was exactly came up for 15L after all marks disappear as they fraud for 5L, let God give them Loss of 5000rs as they fraud my 500rs.

They scam. They do not fill exact amount. They will fill till 100 and then restart from 100, night fill the entire amount

Cheater. Please don’t go to this. I asked full tank he filled 200 and asking me he will refilled again and air won’t be available.

I asked them to fill an amount. One other guy came and started distracting. Before the amount was filled up reset it, I asked for bill, they said not possible.

The people are very very unorganised and all over the place. This is the 2nd time we've come here and both times they left the petrol cap open and disappeared. Then they keep changing the pump you should be standing at. Never ever coming here again or recommending it to anyone. I'd rather push my car than fill petrol here.

Very very Worst bunk, don't expect any service from them, bad bad bad! They just try to cheat u all the time and most time they switch off the machine in between and restart from fresh to confuse you. Tyre Air pressure checkups not provided till today, when ever u ask them for Air they just tell boy is on leave without providing paid air (free air for name sake) why should thay operate the bunk. The board shows as maintained by Indian Oil, I just don't know how such reputed company can maintain such a worst bunk. Even with the modern technology can't the Indian Oil monitor through Cctv atleast. Request all vehicles user not to use this bunk until it's very emergency.

Scam going on. For filling up tank for 1000 rs, power went off at 350 and then he filled up remaining. But i later realised, that for 350, nothing was filled, it just number came up without any filling.

Scam gurus!

Never use this pump. Steps followed in looting:

1. They start the filling without confirming you and will act as if they heard a wrong amount. Then they stop at mid and go back to reset.
2. Act as if they reset the amount while someone will try to distract you.
3. Without resetting they start the refueling.

Dear dealer.why dont you guys beg rather than openly looting.

Fraud

WHO EVER GOT CHEATED COMPLAINT IN NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE APP. You will get your money back. They did same to me. I complaint and got the money back. It wil also effect their credibility score.

Got cheated by the staff, power went off bill is 650 Rs. My foolishness I didn't check.

Big time scammers
Even though we specify exact amount of fuel to be filled they will stop at some random amount and tell that it's done.once we notice that they will try to continue filling fuel from that amount and scam you. They try to gangup and try to distract you during that time.

Very small pump station. It might be bigger as the traffic flow is huge at this place. It has to be maintained clean as I saw water spilled at this place with large amount might be the top of station has to be covered more.

Cheaters!
I asked to fill the petrol for ₹600, but purposely he filled for ₹100, then he acted as if he didn't hear, and he said he fill again for ₹500, eventually he asked, do you have a change of ₹12 rupees, by the time of answering that question, the fuel meter already started.

For ₹600, they filled only for ₹500

I have Avenis 125 whose fuel capacity is 5.2L. Petrol rate was around Rs101. I asked the person to fill the tank as petrol in my scooty was almost empty. In the end he charges me Rs 600. When confronted how petrol of 600 was charged when only 5L could have been added (about Rs 500) he started shouting. Just to avoid confrontation we left.

I've gone here thrice since October, their Edc machine is not working and asks only for cash without receipts.

Ohh.thre is no fuel every time i go there.the staff are rude and you wont find fuel here.if you are nearby and searching for a fuel station.this is not the one, please ignore this place.

This fuel station is closed permanently and shell fuel station is only one located in Domlur for petrol and Diesel. Many Years have gone bye But Every Year the same situation No petrol or diesel available at this petrol station or out of stock board is put up all the time. The petrol station is closed most of the time and air is not free. Better avoid this station and put it in Kodihalli petrol station or MG Road Fuel Station or shell station on intermediate ring road.

I feel sad that these people cheat so easily tried to distract me from looking at the meter. Didn't not round it up to zero before filling petrol for me. It was 328 n he started filling right from there. I noticed it n he was caught red handed yet creating drama scolding each other n trying to cover it up.

This is one of the worst petrol pump we have ever seen they will not maintain stcok. From past 40 days there is no petrol and diesel its closed. So many people are getting troubled

This is the bunk which has to be replaced soon there is always a display board in front saying that there is no fuel cz of tis bunk it's a big trouble for everyone people come in trust of tis bunk Nd always notices the display board saying no fuel "worst petrol pump"

Faced multiple instances of the petrol pump operators trying to cheat customers into overpaying. When caught, they refused to a provide a bill and were being horrible to us.

Such a waste petrol station I have ever seen in a month they opens only 10 to 15 days remaining day they says no petrol and the boys are India's biggest cheaters they always cheating at least 50 rs petrol per one biker

Today morning 6 31 am I asked patrol of 50 rs from Domlur signal indane oil patrol pump but they provided petrol for 49.50 Paisa they manually offed there machine again I asked patrol of 50rs they said this much only 49.50 you will get they didn't give patrol also when i asked full amount of petrol after they said you will not get pertol from here I feel very bad about Indian oil patrol pump

Beware. Scammer Scammers Scammers. I asked these buggers to fill my bike for 650. They filled me for 500 then filled me for 150. My fuel meter did not show 7 liters of fuel. I objected and the guy said he forgot to put for 50. Still when I left I was a bit dubious. I shared my experience with my friends. Turns out these guys are cheater. They use the distraction technique and ask you all kinds of random stuff while you are filling up.

This petrol pump people are realltime cheater. What ever amount you say they will quickly type Rs. 50 and ask you card or cash and without filling a drop they will say done and need Rs. 50. Then you will say I need Rs. 500. They will say Rs. 50 filling was done and they will fill another 450. So in actual they will fill for Rs. 450. It happened here everytime. So please pay attention or you will become fool.

Employees are robbing our cash, non sense people's are working there, they don't have sense.

The Tricksters. They won't fuel the right quantity for the value. They will refuse to full "normal petrol" in bottles due to false quantities.

They don't even deserve 1 star.bloody cheaters. I have observed many people fighting over their cheating behavior today also.never going there from now on.

The workers in the pump are experts in running scam. It’s the usual distraction tactic they use to fill less fuel and charge more amount.
The management may be very well also involved.

These people are cheats. If you happen to go here please be very aware of their tactics. I clearly said petrol for 200 hundred. He typed in 50 then behaved as if he started the pump. When i looked and said 200 again he immediately retyped 150. Mind you this was all done very fast, in a matter of seconds, all the while distracting me by asking if i was paying by cash or card, to hold my bike straight etc. Usually for that amount my tank gets full, that day it was just over half. Thats how i realised they cheated me. Be very aware when you go here. They will cheat you without a second thought.

WORST! CHEATING! WORST! CHEATING!
Guys working at that station cheating people with their cheating tactics because am having 2 bad incidents.
1. I told them to put petrol for 500 rupees, when the Digital meter touches 220 rupees. It directly went to 500 rupees. At that time the petrol station diverted me by asking, "CARD sir CARD sir. "

2. Today morning I told them to put 300 rupees petrol (3.6 Liters per attached image) But they poured me only 1.5 liters. I cannot do anything at that time because we are normal people.

So Management/India Oil should take severe action on this branch.

Absolute cheats - first asked me if it's cash or card - I asked to fill for 1620 and he filled until 350 and stopped, also didn't even show me that he filled until 350, then started filling the remaining when I asked him to fill more, while the fuel filling he pressed the knob to stop the flow of the nozzle and I asked him what the hell was he doing - he then turned the knob back and told me it doesn't matter at all - then why was he even doing it? Absolute cheats and I think I was duped for Rs. 300.
