My son twised his ankle and we got a appointment for 6: 00pm but the doctor came at 6: 20pm and took another person before us.

I went there a month ago as I was having pain in my joints.

The Doctor Mr Ram Iyer diagnosed me incorrectly, saying that I have a high Uric Acid which was absolutely rubbish!

He gave me a medicine which didn't increase my plight but didn't diminish it either.

When I tried to clarify this over the phone, he hung up on me!

Secondly, when I consulted him once more through WhatsApp, he outright ignored my messages.

I might not be a Doctor but one thing I will not be tolerating is utter arrogance.

And that too when his diagnosis is incorrect and inaccurate.

Go there at your own peril!

We can blindly believe him, no unnecessary medicine and scan, just therapy, only worse thing is their receptionist, she treat the patients badly, she needs to be changed

Not sure why I was asked to do a blood test (costed + INR 1500), maybe was part of his clinic, and then asked to buy a special so called orthopedic sandal (they asked me 2 sets, I got one). Then that was to be modified by putting an additional spherical rubber from outside at the very position where pressure was to be avoided, as per doctor, which I could not bear for more than a day (costed me +1400 and 200) and then there was a new product called metatarsal pads recommended next day for a simple foot pain. This is in addition to the consultation fee and I could not muster enough strength to go after 2 weeks as I would have been paying another round of consultation.

Each one of us is matured and intelligent to make our decisions. I am just sharing an experience.

Dr Ram Iyer is an excellent ortho. I have had a recurrent dislocation of the shoulder and he has put it back in position in less than a minute. Due to it being an emergency, i never had to wait long, the moment his previous patient came out he addressed me immediately. He has fixed 4 out if 6 dislocations instantly. The other two I had been to two big hospitals and due to the incompetence of the doctors they had to administer general anesthesia to set it right. Last month when it happened and I went to his clinic, amidst my excruciating pain I smiled and was so happy and comforted to see him. Thank you doctor for taking good care of your patients and curing them. May you be blessed with good health and continue your practise for many more years!

Went to take a second opinion for my mother after another Dr asked us to do a knee replacement surgery. Dr Ram Iyer made her do a series of exercises and prescribed a knee cap. Felt very confident the way he checked my mother and explained to us. He did a detailed check up and no unnecessary scans or medications

Great doctor. Explains everything in a very good way. Clinic is clean and hygienic. If you pay once no need to pay for your future visits. Thank you.

I waited more than 50 min to meet doctor. And responses the staffs very poor.

Very poor experience and need to improve lot.

Dr. Asha Iyer is an excellent gynecologist and without her I wouldn't have had my son in my arms 20years ago. She has successfully treated my elderly mother for polyps and my elder sister for ovarian cysts successfully removed through laparoscopy. Her bedside manner and calm and gentle demeanour puts you at ease instantly.

Dr. Ram Iyer successfully treated me for frozen shoulder too and is an excellent orthopaedic doctor.
