Dear Folks,

Our group of 13 Defence Forces Veterans and their better halves holidayed in Central Kerala from 21 to 29 Jan 2024, i.e, Cochin, Munnar, Thekkadi, Kumarakom, Alleppey and back to Cochin.

Rejitha Deepu of Indus Traveller planned the entire trip, with complete efficiency and total involvement. She was available round the clock including during holidays and leave to clarify and make changes. Her knowledge and dedication to the job at hand is amazing.

The hotel booking, boat rides and visits were all flawlessly planned. The quality was excellent and rates were reasonable. The boat ride was excellent and the lunch was outstanding. A special mention is necessary for the staff on the boat.

The tour guide Renjan and driver Ajaz were also excellent at their job, polite and proactive. They were always ahead of their duties.

An outstanding trip. I will recommend Indus Traveller to all holidayers to plan their holiday.

Booked for Kerala trip through Indus traveller for 2 families. It's amazing. Everything is smooth and no issues throughout the trip. Arshita helped in booking the package and coordinated well from booking to end of the trip. Everyday she used to enquire whether we are facing any issue. Driver Harris aziz is amazing. Vehicle is very clean and good condition. He received from railway station and dropped once again in railway station. Even our train is 9PM he stayed with us and showed sight seeing in kochin. Hotels also very good. House boating in Alleppey is excellent. Overall excellent travel for package trip and very good experience.

It was a great experience. The trip was enjoyed by us without any headache. Santosh (cab person) was with us for the entire trip and he was also very easy to reach whenever we needed. The agency kept contact with us and also changed our bookings instantly after we requested a change, just within hours. Special thanks to Rejitha Raj for that. We got excellent service throughout the tour which is very well planned and executed. Hotels and resorts were excellent, pleasant stay nicely located. Houseboat was very much appreciated.
Our entire family enjoyed a lot, and these sweet memories will remain in our heart forever.

I definitely recommend this to my relatives and friends.

I would not recommend them as I did not have a good experience using their services. I booked and 7 nights Kerala package for 50000 (covering Munnar, Thekaddy and Kumarakom) which includes only stay and transfer within Kerala. I felt I paid a lot for what I got from the trip. Car given was a very old Dzire and it was an uncomfortable travel throughout the 8 days. Driver was humble and professional. Hotels provided could have been better.
Houseboat was the worst experience of all. We had agreed on a certain deluxe houseboat (Southern Panorama), but a day prior to the housboat stay, they called and told me the agreed houseboat is not available and asked me if we could agree on a different houseboat on a SHARING basis. I refused. They then arranged for a houseboat which did not feel like deluxe (rooms were very compact, toilet stinked a lot, unfirendly boat operator who refused to talk at all, none of our requests were heard).

I am extremely thankful to the team of Indus traveller for making our trip (me and my parents) the best experience ever. Especial mention to the the Driver (Mr. Santhosh) and our leisure consultant (Praveen) for making the whole process smooth and comfortable. It was our first trip with Indus and to south India, and it goes without saying that Indus traveller with be one we will go for and recommend to our friends and family. The destinations, hotel choices, the process, the entire journey of 7 days were seamless, not even one hiccup interrupted our trip. It was a much needed quality time filled with the luxury of unconditional support of Mr. Praveen and Mr. Santhosh. Kerala is indeed the most beautiful destination but with the support of these people it truly became the “God’s own country” for us. Eternally grateful.

This agency is a bluff, scam and cheating. We had an extremely bad experience with them. We were booked through their executive Akhil, who had assigned us a driver Kannan, who never turned up. Instead this person Kannan sent someone Appu without informing the company about it. For the longest of the time during the trip the agency was unaware about it. It's only after we raised the issue they investigated and came to know what had happened. Our entire trip was spoiled dealing with this reckless, unprofessional driver. He had no knowledge about the routes or the places. On the top of it, the vehicle was so bad, poor suspension, no cleaning at all, no AC, no blinds for emergency, windows not working. We had an extremely bad experience with them. I would suggest all the readers to do a thorough check with them and proceed. For me, this is a scam.

We came across this website- Indus travellers recently while booking tickets to go to Munnar, Thekkady and Allepey. We had a very good experience in kerala. They had planned everything very well. Arshita was our trip advisor and she is very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend her. Our driver Mr. Rateesh Achari was very cooperative and he guided us nicely through the journey. It was because of his proper guidance that we could cover all the places and we were always on time. We would love to have him as our driver in the future. Overall, the experience was worth the money.

I booked a 5D/4N premium package through Indus Traveller for Kerala. All hotels/resorts were with very high standard and all drivers for local site seeing were very patient and cooperative. We had availed services of Indus for first time. As there is a saying "First Impression is the best impression", it definitely apt to Indus Traveller.

We went to Kerala Tour Package. All arrangements and facilities are fantastic. Resorts in Munnar/Anchal (Lake n Hills) and Boat House in Aleppy (Southern Panorama Cruise) is amazing.

Not happy with the service. Just interested in money not the customer service. Alloted new driver who has not seen single place in Kerala and Travel manager used to call just for the payment, never worried about how we are going with trip.

Just finished an amazing trip to Switzerland and Paris with Indus Travels!
All was done with perfection! Places & hotels selected were the indicated ones! From arrival we felt secure & comfortable with the public transport for which Swiss pass (for Switzerland) and tickets (for Paris-TGV) were provided.
The itinerary was properly planned and there was no glitch wrt to anything.we fully recommend Indus Travels to anyone willing to visit Europe.

It was a wonderful experience for us. All your arrangements were up to the mark. The kalari pattu show (Kerala martial art) a must watch in the list of itinerary. That show literally got us goosebumps.

All hotels and transportation arrangements were excellent. The hotel Grand Thekkady and Camellia and Elettaria resorts in Munnar were neat and clean, staff served us the best food! The boat house in Alleppey was a pleasant stay. The waterways were far wider and expansive than we had imagined, but we still were able to observe local life, endless rice fields along the banks. Got a glimpse of people practicing for the boat race "Vallamkali". The captain allowed us to steer the boat through the waterways.
