The services it provides in terms of Massage and food do not match the price

I would say that this place provides good treatment and necessary facilities in order to have a quiet and relaxing time. But the downside is that this place is suitable for older people who come for treatment and not for young people who want to enjoy nature and have relaxation as this place does not have enough scenic views to enjoy. So after some massage it’s difficult to while away the time as there are not much activities to do. If you want to go and sleep after massage then this might be ok.

IVAC is very a heaven on Earth, full of natural greenary & located near the foot of chamundi hill and the Doctor's, therapists and the other staffs are very well behaved and very polite, humble too always with the smiling faces it gives u positive wibes. If u are looking to spend some money for healthy life style this is the right place, also food is too good, I strongly recommend to everyone.

Very nice! I was very relaxed and they took great care of me. One small critique is to have lotion at the end for dry sensitive skin like me. Besides that, everything was amazing!

I was there for four days for rejuvenation and will definitely be coming back. The massages, food, and yoga were all just as expected, and the doctor prepared a good schedule for me. The massage therapists are well trained and it shows when you go for treatments. In the yoga room I experienced a new meaning of the word 'surrender'. The restaurant and other staff were all friendly and respectful.

One of the best Ayurvedic center one can find in Karnataka. This place is located near Chamundi temple and has good access from Highway. All the staff including doctors, therapists, admins, maintenance are top notch in their service, they truly follow “Atithi Devo Bhava” meaning “Guest is God”. Very relaxing massage by 2 wonderful massage therapists. They use a lot of oil and as it’s a dual massage you more coverage of the body at the same time. Lovely and relaxing! Highly recommend this place! Professional!

The best ayurvedic treatment/ massage center with full boarding as well as out patient services. The place is at the foothills of chamundi with a green and serene environment. The place is very nature oriented, quite and fresh. Need advance bookings as they get full very soon. They have ample parking and other facilities like tennis courts and a food hall. They also have a doctor for consultation.

My experience in Indus valley ayurvedic centre is unforgettable this is the place I felt really relaxed and refreshed I have been to many Ayurvedic treatment centres but this is really very professional and natural because the staffs are very well trained and the therapies are amazing, in this 21 century they are holding Authentic Ayurveda still.must visit place to everyone.

Was the worse massage I’ve ever had. They don’t take the time…i felt really tight during the 20 minutes I got.
Do not go there if you want a massage…. The lady was in a rush and I more felt she was just putting oil on me and that’s it. I asked many times if I could have more pressure…when I stopped I felt like they were angry at me, shared it with the owner he just said she has experience without really listening on what I was saying. I proposed to give him money and just told him his answer was not professional. He justsmiled. I’m sure there more places with professionnel practitioners that are willing to improve when a client say something

If you like to be in the midst of nature, in a forest plantation like environment then this is the place.

The therapy and treatment is no doubt the best that you can think of. Very professional indeed!

Though it is cold and wet, we enjoyed this time of the year.

Whether it is during the therapy or during the yoga sessions, you will get immersed in the chirping sound of birds, water splattering around…. A soothing effect.

Along with the therapy, the Yoga Nidra and Yoga Aasana sessions are well conducted; very much healing in nature…. Complements well.

The plantation has various fruit yielding species, good part is that no one plucks them, it is just left to the birds, squirrels to have a feast…. What a noble act!

The food served is another ultimate experience to have… the same recipe doesn’t repeat in a fortnight!

The staff makes you feel so welcoming, always wearing a smile and greeting with the traditional ‘namaste’ … makes it a perfect place to unwind, relax and definitely come out rejuvenated both physically and mentally!

If you really want to feel the charm of the old times, this is the resort to stay but you will have to book their cottages and not the deluxe rooms. Though the resort is primarily for Ayurveda treatments, two nights stay here will refresh your mind & soul. Spacious independent cottages and bathrooms along with plenty of flora & fauna with chirping of birds throughout the day will rejuvenate your senses. Hospitality and cleanliness at its best, quite evident as they cater to many NRIs.

The best place for Ayurvedic treatment with comfortable stay. It’s just below the Chamundi Hill, so you can stay out of city’s hassle noise. This place is so calm.
They have tennis court, swimming pool, kids play area (not functioning any more) and yoga hall.
Stays are super cool with an old school look of red oxide floor, tiled house.
Prices for treatments are reasonable with 5% service charge.
One must visit it.

Fantastic property. The doctors are very good and the treatments are excellent. But for a mid level professional, this place is too pricey. Highly recommended for elderly people looking for good long stay Ayurvedic treatments.
