Only during morning i felt buffet had little choices but the taste of food is good plus quantity is also large nice place overall

Very slowwwww service. Had to call the waiters and manager multiple times to tell them our order.

Great ambiance to sit back and relax. Food quality was good, and service was prompt. However, few goof ups in taking the orders. Mistakes were identified and owned without any fuss, though!

Service is extremely slow. Took more than 45 minutes for them to get just 1 starter and masala peanuts. The starter arrived and it was very oily and salty. Music was loud AF. Left place immediately. Food is not very reasonable either

Worst experience ever had, even footpath shop will provide worth food. There was no menu provided. Asked for desert's and there were none. A single scoop of icecream which was like a milkshake was so costly that we can buy good amount of food outside.

This restaurant is really.bad.no one is resonse and food serve is also.delay and food taste is also not good.

Terrible experience at the hotel.we werent even seated.werent asked to order.none of the restaurant staff bothered to come to us even after 20 mins after we seated ourselves.had to literally walk up to the reception to check for service.and then we walked out.worst experience ever at any restaurant so far!

Worst food and pathetic service
Rates they charge is of star restaurant but the Taste of food is not even 10% complimenting the price.

Idk how this place has a 4 star rating, they take forever to get your order and there is no concept of customer service at all.

The service was very poor.
Despite repeated requests to lower volume of the loudspeaker, it continued to blare on unabatedly with horrible songs.
No proper suggestions of food by waiters except one Shivmurthy, who was quite helpful compared to the others who rarely took any interest to take orders.

Food is good but service is all over the place. We got food meant for other tables multiple times. Chicken starter was delivered as paneer starter

Bartender was an amazing guy with multiple options that are off the menu. Try his strawberry based mocktail and it's amazing.

The staff is absolutely amazing and the shots they make are a bumper on prize. Food requires a bit of improvement in the area, but the place is pocket friendly if you are actually looking for booze and no shots!

I have been to this place twice and every time I have been the place was very good and and the best part is you can enjoy the food with good ambience and good tasty. And they are good consisted at best service!

The food is really good and so are the mocktails. The ambience is amazing. The place could definitely be recommended for large groups to eat out together.

Food taste is super bad. When I asked for Schezwan noodles they gave some over oiled masala topped food. They need to improve a lot. Not worth the money.

Good ambience and service has greatly improved. Veg sizzler was really good and so does was litchi margarita mocktail. Triple fried szechuan rice was a disappointment.

Pathetic service, unorganised staff. Low quality food, staff is dumb and so is the manager. Never ever visit this place. Not even for fried ice cream because that they won't give as they don't like doing any kind of hardwork in its preparation.

Good place to visit. The ambience is too good to enjoy the night view of city and cool breeze. All types if beverages were served with good hostility. But the options on the menu were not enough for the vegetarian.

The serene of this restaurant is so good.if you are searching for a hotel where you want to go for a date that too candle light dinner in a roof top then just go for it.food is tasty but i will prefer nonveg as veg is not upto the mark.

Location is pretty good and near to Mysore Palace. Ambience is awesome with the decent view from the Roof top. Night view is amazing and thriller to enjoy drinks with cool breezing and city lights view.

The location is pretty good. Has a decent view from the top. However we didn't enjoy the food that much. We ordered thai platter sizzler and it was really sweet and not very nicely cooked. Thai crispy chicken was good and the service was good too.
