Good to start a career. For experienced people it depends upon the project & manager. Onsite opportunity is there.

Utter waste experience with the interviewer Name Jabeer Basha, doesnt know the little knowledge in taking interview. He was mute all time at the session and I was Keep asking for the confirmation on my conversation whether it was audible or not. Why this company assigned this kind of mo ron's to wasting a job seeking candidates valuable time. Send him to learn the art of taking interview atleast.

Good for nothing, He asked only 2 questions for a name sake and hide himself somewhere in mute. It was not going to a smooth way i felt and escalated the Interview scheduler into the call, even she too confirmed this is a pathetic and unfruitful time, Requesting you find any good person to take interview rather than this kind of Brainless Mo rons.

Finally I came to know that they find the people from there Bench itself, Really waste of time.

Just asked two questions for a name sake.
1. Tell something about urself. Silence for 3mins.
2. What all tools you know. Again silence

I’m a part of this company past 3 months, I was wondering how people are bad comment on this org, see I can understand some people having a bad experience with some people. But how you judge the company because of that. My previous company was Wipro even I’m working for 12 to 13 hr per day and have a lots of bad and good experiences from there.

But I focus which is good and whatever I can learn from there.

Even I got a 2 offer more then this CTC
but I chose this position because of my friends and seniors suggestion. Really it’s a perfect company for good knowledge people.

I’m requesting that bad comment people Tel me the truth if it’s not good company may I know why you guys are trying here. See it’s completely your stress mindset.

Worst work culture.no support from HR team, management doesn't care about thr employee, No work life balance, HR team is full dumb people. HR head is good for nothing.salary is pathetic.facilties are zero in term of any other MNC.

Worst company I have completed all interview arounds but when I checked with recruiter she told profile is on hold for no reason

After joined 2 months unfortunately I need to quit job.my manager Praveen and pooja accepted my request and they helped me on that It’s is very good organisation ever seen

Attended interview, very bad experience, first round hardly 10 minutes, they were in a hurry to finish. Second round she was only trying to kill the time. Not even single technical questions are asked.she asked what questions in the first round they asked, may be dint had anything else to ask.

A nice modern campus located in one of the major IT areas of the city. Located on a slightly inner bylane & at its dead end (sort of).

Worst company don't call after taking the interview and technical interviewer also not knowledge about the software

Pay is good. But be careful about projects. If you get out from the project, there is no alternative for you specially with cyber security projects. Well maintaining and good care about employees. Only the thing problematic is Client project rolled outs or clashes. If that happened infinite simply say bye bye to you.

Infinite Campus is awesome, unfortunately due to covid I never worked from office. They maintain premises well with greenery.

One of the best company I have come across. Proud to be anl part of Infinitus family. Work culture is too good and very supportive management. No work pressure at all and of course we need to complete the tasks assigned based on the priority as every company expects this from employees.

Can strongly say that no one will regret for choosing to be part of Infinitus family as this gives a best experience and comfort zone with job security and other benefits.

HR should learn how to talk to a job seekers. Don't judge a candidate on their expectations. Instead you can negotiate on their expectations.

Who are looking or expecting a higher salary don't apply to this company. They were simply tell "this is unfair, you can't expect that much salary". Even they will not allow you schedule your interview.

I have been working last 3 years. It's good company to stay long time. My manager "Vinod" is a very good person, behave well and talk like friend. Good environment to work. Appraisal is also very good

Unprofessional HR team, Made us to spend an entire weekend on 3 rounds of Technical Interview and 1 round of Telephonic interview. We cleared all their interview rounds and submitted all pre-order employment documents. HR called and negotiated for salary, HR agreed on call to release offer letter, but they kept on delaying the offer release giving petty reasons and dragged it for another two weeks.

Finally when we confronted them to give out a clear decision, they behaved unprofessionally and backed off quoting salary reasons.

Don't waste your time and energy with this organisation, they clearly don't have work ethics and they definitely don't respect talent.

Worst Nightmare in my Life.

One of the most pathetic HRs and Manager I have come across in my life, I had attended interview on 30th May 2019 for the position of Lead Proposal Designer, the Manager had a long discussion for almost 3 Hours about the role, responsibilities, my experience and gave some assignments which I cleared. They asked for my documents and scheduled a call for HR discussions which took almost 2 weeks as they did not call me as per the schedule (3 times I had to wait for their call leaving all my important works).

Finally after HR discussion on 19th June, I was told that I will be receiving my Offer Letter in 3 days, but I never got it, when I checked with HR Manager he said that they are waiting for Delivery Head Approval, I kept following up with HR Manager but he never responded to my calls and emails for almost 1 month. Now after a month when I called the Project Manager to check the status, he says that they have changed their strategy so they cannot proceed with my candidature and they are looking for more experienced person (I have 9+ years exp, not sure what more experience they need). I am not sure what ******* strategy they have when they are not sure what they want initially.

These people have wasted my precious time and energy. They should have some basic humanity to understand that there are people desperately waiting for update from HRs.

They will Deduct Salary Giving Unacceptable Excuse. Not good for fresher to Star off a career. Harldy. They Will Make You Sit On Bench. Luckily If You Got a Project Then Mostly Support Project Are running N.

Lovely Campus - Straight forward interview processes.

Friendly HR I got to interact with. Overall experience was great.
But I didnt get to experience this campus as an employee as I was looking for a wee little over the salary side that they offered.

Just a day and all formalities was complete for me as an interview candidate.

After one recent confrontations with one of your HR managers (Manasa B H) I don't like the way the management functions in Infinite. Please stop sending mails for job. I am not at all interested in any association with your organization.

Your HR Manager was extremely unprofessional in her attitude.

If you are from bsk or Vijayanagar it is too far and take your own vehicle. As far company is good.

Company is not upto the standards, No proper career growth, no proper facilities is given to employees. Managers are not technically skilled.

After resignation they wanted to retain me but when i refused they started troubling me. One fine day i got a call from my RM that my timesheet will be approved for the last month and i will not get my releiving letter.

Employee Since 4 Years. Nice place to work. Healthy environment for employees and great life balance
