I would like to thank infinity events. I had contacted them for 1st year birthday ceremony. I was given many choices and every decoration they suggested was nice. We could get the design customised based on our own theme. Mr. Tapan helped us getting even the LED TV setup based on our request. Overall we had happy time with decorations.

We approached Infinity event team ten days before the event. The event manager was very proactive and shared the the event catalogue. The service provided by Infinity events was very good. We had booked them for a birthday event on 5th of March. Tapan provided us with a lot of decor ideas and also helped in suggesting good ones.

The decor on the day of the event was done wonderfully and it was finished on time. The bouncy castle we ordered was the star of the show which was enjoyed by all the kids.

The caricature artist was awesome as well and a lot of the guests enjoyed the drawings made by him.

The MC for the event was extremely patient and made sure that even reluctant parents participated in the games. Would like to appreciate the photographer as well for being extremely patient.

We reached out Mr Tapan to get a decor done for our daughter's birthday. We wanted a simple and elegant decor. Mr Tapan did as per our requirement. This is the 2nd time we got it done from him. We had earlier got a decor done for my niece. Very happy with the decor. Everyone loved the decor.

I had booked stage/hall decor from infinity events for my son's birthday. It was a nice experience. Very punctual and did what was shown exactly in the images.

My husband and I were deciding to plan my son's birthday which was in January before hand coz we have some family functions to attend during December and thought we would be busy with that so we wouldn't be able to plan the birthday at that time. We started looking for vendors for decor when I came across infiniti events also referred by my friend.
They weren't responsive enough. As customers and parents, we would obviously be looking for the best vendors with the best deals with no compromise. That was what we were trying to do by pre planning the event well advance by the mid of October.
When there was no response to our queries for two days, I texted them telling there was no response and asked if they were really interested to take up this or should I start looking for other vendors.
I immediately got a response telling they have 100s of queries everyday and if I feel like I can start looking for other vendors. They also asked me if "I was going to book the event that is going to held in January that week itself" I could definitely see the sarcasm.
Maybe it's true that they have 100s of queries everyday. But was it the way they responded to a customer who has no idea about their "100 queries a day" I found it absolutely rude and unprofessional. All I expected was their assurance that they would be responsive in the future.
Any company could be successful enough now that you can afford to lose just one customer like me coz of your rudeness but remember that the customer is the ultimate king and every drop counts in an ocean.
Never recommending them to anyone.

I got decor done for the 2nd time from Infinity Events and I am very satisfied with the service they provided. Decoration was exactly as per my requirement with good quality and Reasonably priced. My baby was so happy with Micky theme decor also got many compliments from guests for the decoration. I would recommend Infinity events for any party decoration.

Very unprofessional crew who are not ready to share any details of their packages to customers. I wonder how professional their services are one they get the contract.

I received a response on the above review and since there is no option to reply to that. I am editing my original review to elaborate on the feedback.

The logic which they are saying is that they do not share details of their offerings and pricing without knowing the exact date of the events as this could be a fake Enquiry. What kind of agency working in the services industry does that?
1. Why some genuine service provider shy away from sharing details of their offerings and associated pricing?
2. Customer has full right to evaluate multiple vendors before deciding whom to employ for their services and without details how is someone decide to chose a vendor?
3. There are lakhs of service providers listed on multiple websites with full details of their past work, offered services and Pricing associated.
4. Why would a customer who is not interested in availing a service enquire in the first place? What benefit does on get out of this?
5. How do customer trust that the reviews mentioned on the FB/Google are genuine in nature?
6. What proof you have that this was a fake enquiry? Do you use any machine learning algorithms which flagged the enquiry as not genuine? If it was your manual judgement, could you convey the same to the customer?
To summarise, if you are working in the service industry, the first thing you need to do is trust your customers and not blame them as someone making fake enquires because as they say customer is the king because of which you and your business is existing in the first place.

I was slightly in doubt abt d final outcome but whn I saw their work its awesome in just half hour they made d decor ready n it was very beautiful.
