Very worst consultancy in bangalore, no work environment they don't knw how work in corporate sector, I req don't choose to work there. They think employees are slaves.

Such a worst consultancy ever.
They do not have any seriousness towards the employees such a cheap n poor service from the cheap organisation.

Thu bledy.they want only business they r unfit for their jobs.as a human every employee n person expect some motivations but here thu.fack peoples fack smiles fack informations finally fack consultancy. I felt very bad n shame on my self to work has a hr recruiter. Chi as a fresher this is my wrong decision to work in million talents.shame on u people. Just think once before doing n taking any decisions.we to have feelings like u.dont play peoples emotions n feelings.am requesting you pls.if u want money r business means just go through rk other way.this is not currect.seriously shame on u.thu.

This company is worst company nd fraud waste of time to go nd attend the interview specially for freshers.

One of the worst consultancy interview I had attended till date, the management waits for candidates and never reply back to it. My suggestion for freshers not to attend such consultancy to the start your career

Worst company.so much pressure to get offer.if you don't get enough offer they will remove you from the job. I suggest to fresher that instead of joining this company it's better to find job in different company

Fraud company. No need to worry about company rating. They will mantain their ratings 3.5 or more and will not allow you to decrease their ratings. Some hypocrite people are there to increase the company ratings by giving false ratings. We are giving 1 star and company people with fake accounts are giving 5 star immediately.

I worked with Million Talents. Best company to kick start the HR career. Learned a lot, good culture & environment. Only thing is they drive us to become best performers & train us repeatedly

Million talents is one of the worst HR consulting firm. I joined here as a fresher around 5months earlier and i was filled with full of positivity. Gradually after certain period of time i understood that they are just money minded people. When you will go for interview the manager will say all the good things about the company whereas its just the opposite. I would like to suggest all the freshers with my experience that never ever even go for the interview here its just the waste of time. They will tell as a fresher we will give training and all, but after joining you will hardly get some 1-2 days training and from the starting only they will start pressurising you for the offers and selections. They really don't have HR etiquettes and poor working evironment they have, also they will hardly pay you some 10-11k that's it for so much of pressure. And if you will not give them selections they can even fire you from thr job which means no job security you will have here. Believe me you will always get negative vibes over here untill you will work. So last but not least if anybody seriously wants to make their carrer in HR kindly do not go and waste your time over here instead find some other consultancy or company to start. Hope my review will help some people to take a right decision for their career.

Good place to work. MBA in HR, I worked & started with Million Talents batch in 2015, worked for 1.7 years. Keep growing. Thanks to my TL for all the guidance.

These people are not professional they tell u to go for the interview but after going for the interview these people they don't followup with the candidate or the companies and first of all they don't have contacts of HR or any hold with the tieups they have they will just make u run around and they don't followup with candidate for the feedback.
It's simply waste of time by and money and days.
So request you people kindly think twice or thrice to go to this consultancy.

I worked as a HR Recruiter for 1.3 years, As a MBA in HR fresher, I learned a lot in HR Recruitment from Million Talents. Currently working in FMCG Limited as a HR Executive, thanks to Million Talents for what I am today. All the best.

Days are soon for shutdown.
Employee can work there for max.of 1 month. No proper working hours also.
Need to work min 10 hours with 10minutes lunch break.
Has to run in work like cats and dogs.
Boss doesn't know the HR Laws.

Bunch of idiots. I don't even think that was a company. I went there for giving a interview No one was in the reception. And I was waiting, A guy who passes me asked my resume. And again I was waiting for 1 hr. Near by me drinking water was there every one coming over there to fill their bottle's Asking me are you here for the interview, r u here for the interview? I said yes. Again waited for 1hr. No response none of them came out. One of the worst company I ever visited.

They not even knw how to handle the candidates coming to their office. I don't knw how they are calling themself as best hr's are best recruiting company.

Very worst consultancy. My cousin was worked here for month. They are treating employees as slaves.

Worst consultancy across India. No proper rules and regulations. No salary hike. If person asks for salary hike after completing the 6 months of experience, Boss will say u r mentally unfit for the position so U can take rest for a month and later we can take u as a rehire candidate.
But finally no rehire, no relieving letter.
Employee has to beg for the leaves, relieving letter.
Boss is sitting in the boss position without having certain business qualities.
(Got this information from some of my friends who worked there as a workers but not as employees)
