I'm OGP student of Batch 2021. INSIGHTS IAS has been an Excellent Part of my UPSC Journey. All Faculties of Insights are very well equipped with the demand of UPSC, they teach us Accordingly. The Best part of insights IAS is 'Mentorship Programme'. My mentor Shashank sir guided me and still guiding me in every step of my preparation. His guidance has helped me in Newspaper notes making, prelims preparation and GS notes making.
I am Manjunath From B6 2022-23. The institution has provided me a good knowledge regarding all the subjects addressing all the doubts in the class as well as after the class. Since b6 is left with other subjects like history, geography, s and t, etc.
Until now ENVIRONMENT classes taken by ASHISH SIR were the best classes addressing all the doubts and demands regarding pre+mains+interview with general idea about GEOGRAPHY as well.
The mentorship of ASHISH SIR is also good, guiding and motivating.
On a whole this institution has kept on motivating me now and then.
Insights is known for their excellent guidance program and they live up to their expectations. I have been a student of their OGP program for almost a year now. Although I had a fair idea about the exam and the syllabus (I had studied the main subjects) when I joined the institute, there was so much I learnt from the program and the faculty at insights. Their content is great. But it is their strategy and the approach towards the exam that impressed and inspired me. Our director, Vinay Kumar sir is extremely humble and guides the students personally, myself included. The faculty know what they are doing. They possess immense knowledge and since they have been through this journey themselves, they can understand the plight of the students and guide them better. The mentorship program is excellent! Ashish Ghadge sir has been helping me with my strategy for the past 8 months and it has been extremely helpful. He has helped instill confidence in my preparation. The optional classes are very informative and elaborate, with pyq discussion, which is very essential. The tests every week, both MCQ and descriptive, are very well researched and well curated. Insights has definitely enriched my preparation and and I'm sure it will for numerous upcoming aspirants as well!
Being a student at Insights IAS since past one year, I can say that it is a good institute to kickstart the prep with. OGP classes are comprehensive, with regular tests, answer writing practice, and constant feedback. Moreover, the faculties over here are easily accessible for guidance.

From starting of my UPSC journey, I always knew somewhere inside me that INSIGHTS IAS will play a huge role in my preparation and help me achieve my dream. I CHOSE to shift to Bengaluru (and not Delhi) only because of INSIGHTS. For me getting right guidance was very important and then I met Vinay sir. He is so humble, down to earth and easily approachable. I checked my GS answers evaluated from him for free. He make an aspirant comfortable. I got my path here. Then comes the faculty of insights. The most important feature of this institution is there is NO TRANSACTIONAL RELATION between teachers and students (of course they will charge for the courses) but once you enroll for the course all the faculty is available to help, no one will say you that you have purchased this course so you can't meet that particular faculty. I am B7 2023 Student most of our batch Students are dissatisfied with some classes like Polity, S&T etc bcoz they did class as a part time job and won't give us Conceptual clarity. U made Classes are very hectic for u 2 class per day and some teachers Are politically biased So plz try to reform these types of loopholes.
Insights IAS can be good start for the preparation, with experienced faculties who make us understand the demand of the exam and prepare accordingly. Excellent mentorship program.

Teachers are excellent, they start from the initial stage of preparation. Even though you don't know where to add dots and commas in your essay, they will teach, because I started from that stage.

When it comes to UPSC CSE, the thing which is required to clear it is a proper strategy. There are plenty of videos available on YouTube and other social media platforms regarding 'How to clear UPSC CSE' but what makes the InsightIAS unique, is its approach towards curating an individual's strategy depending upon the weaknesses and strengths of aspirants (courtesy to Mentors assigned to the aspirants).
A few points I would like to highlight about insights are:
1. The classroom program: Not only helps in covering syllabus in detail but also prepares you with solving MCQs, writing answers on daily basis, which is the most important part of preparation, given the fact of increasing competition each year.
2. Mentorship Session: As we know, this exam is not a sprint but a marathon on an average of 2-3 years. It is quite possible that you wander during this period with respect to the approach and this is when the Mentors come into play.
Be it strategy discussion to clearing doubts to sharing emotional breakdown (which is possible during the journey), mentors will be there to show you the light in your darkness.

3. Faculty Member: They will ensure that a person understands the complex topics with ease, even if you didn't understood the topic no problem they are approachable after the class so that you can clear your doubts if there is any. Be it Pradeep Sir, Ashish Sir, Pathi Sir, Farees Sir, Sudeep Sir and many more, what makes the faculty members of Insights special is their humble nature.
4. CSAT preparation: One cannot deny the fact how important CSAT is when it comes to the preliminary exam. Do you also fear CSAT like many other students out there, then don't worry about it. One of the best faculty for CSAT i.e. Shamant Sir is an expert at making CSAT seem easy and lucid.
5. Supporting Staff: Very helpful and cordial.

Insights journey has been an incredible one. It's been a year now. I started with a doubt should I join or not. But it's completely worth joining. They have an amazing faculty for every subject. Pradeepa sir, Sudeep sir classes were the best which I will cherish even now. The time table planned for a year made me, be consistent and discipline. Weekly prelims and mains test were perfect for revision. The best of all Mentoring session in Insights is cherry on cake. My mentor is Farees Rahman sir. He has played a great role in my preparation. He is the main support system and an excellent guide. The group sessions, individual sessions have moulded me through out. It's been 2 months I have been part of Insights. Till now we have come across 4 teachers, who are extremely good in content and delivery.
Society classes are taken by Umesh sir, even though we didn't had any knowledge about other subjects, the foundation laid by him for society was very strong, also at the same time he helped us to overcome the fear of UPSC examination.
If I talk about Nikhil Sir, He brings us the soul of polity, more than that he motivates every student, also helps us with critical analysis for prelims Mahesh Patil Sir: the way teached us Geography, i can bet we will never forget the concept in our life As a science student i always thought economy being technical subject is quite difficult. But Jyothi Ganesh sir explains it so simply with the examples, that helps us very much in understanding the core of the subject
