One of the hr from IBM company called for me and took online interview and demanded for money
It's well reputed company but why people working there are doing such things after the interview they asked me to come to the company and collect the laptop it's work from home why did that hr gave me fake promises and asking for money please take the action or if this continues the company name spoils and trust will be broken and this problem may become bigger in future and i wasted my whole day believing this. I cancel my other interviews please be carefull guys.

Outside campus is good but worst maintainance inside the building. There is no pest control. Worst maintainance of restrooms.

Very good stable organisation in IT Sector to work. Flexible timings, good work culture. Compensation is not that good but will have job satisfaction

My first workplace
A bit hard to locate if you're a first timer. But the security staff will help you locate it.
Calm and ambient atmosphere around the campus.
Know your buildings before you get in, because you need access to each of them separately.

in this company is extremely worst. He is king of all the politics and games.
He spoiled_ so many peoples Career and Hard work.
Many good and honest resources left IBM only because of him.
He will do anything for others.very cruel and bad person.

I would like to say thanks to ibm managers with whom i worked and the separation team. They are so good and values the time. Even though i worked there only for 5 months, all managers are still remembering me. When i requested for a reference letter, even after 4 years, they gave it without any hesitation. I never expected such a wonderful experience from ibm.

One of the largest IT giants in the whole world and universe. No comparison and need to comment anything new. Will be less as much as we comment on. Really 5

One of the best places to work, this block has a sprawling cafeteria. Recently Rahul Dravid, one of the ex cricket captains of India had visited this place and delivered a motivating speech. Parking facilities are also good. Greenery is well maintained along the place.

-> Extremely worst company to work.
-> No hike and no variable payment.
-> Growth is extremely slow. You can only grow if your people manager likes you.
-> There is no value /credit for doing hard work.
-> Project managers treats resources like a slave. They never come on time and never work. They know only how to talk.
-> Everything is based on Politics only.
-> You will get on-site only if your people manager likes you.

IBM is world's best company and I always feel blessed to be an IBMer as I used read IBM and Bell AT&T labs in my computer books through out my computer science education.

Yes, exception is every where in my career with IBM I served as best I could have and got recognition and best opportunities where I can showcase my skillset.
