I was suffering from a spinal cord injury. The injury was so serious that, shape of my spine was changed which also caused sever ligament tear in my lower back. I had lost hopes that i would ever be able to live a normal life.

They charge nominal fees i.e, once for your lifetime. This is bcz of maintenance of your alignment records and ashram.
The amount is certainly affordable. If in case the patient cannot afford genuinely, they may wave off.

In media they say that it is free treatment. But when we go there they urge us to pay Rs 1000. This is one type of modern scam

I hope they themself have no clarity on this, every time they ask what is happening inside and how much %, all silly questions and If they are very clear on this, they should just give the remedy and ask us to do. They Demand 5000, and also persuade to take some medicine which may cost upto 50000, and unnecessary talk about black magic, no atmosphere of running a Ashram. I was the only one person there when I visited for treatment.
