Their cancellation policy is pathetic first time I have booked the ticket and I was checking that 95% CashBack I there I clicked on it lost 2350 Rs no refund was applied if we cancel 12 hours before also lost all my money mailed customer care no reply give by therm

The worst travels to choose, they don’t how to operate a travel agency. Customer service is pathetic, the bus had broken down and they made me wait in a bus for 2 hours and the started toward the destination 4hour post the departure timing, no water was provided. The bus is cramped and horrible inside it’s just the fancy stickers on outside. Requesting all the reviews reader to not at all go ahead with this travels. There are thousands other travels which are not well know but till provide a excellent service and customer service.

I traveled from intrcity bus on 22nd April from Goa to Bangalore bus number was NL01B1736. I shared my experience with this bus service there is no safety and security for Passanger since the they carry 4 box wine and Karnataka border police caught this bus and all the Passanger trouble due to this drama and stay in the same place for 5 hours. And we reached Bangalore 5 hrs late.

I had a very bad experience though not at the lounge but in their so called smart buses. Please don't waste your money for their smart buses. The toilets in the bus was locked, no wifi, no toilets in their other lounges. Only AC was working properly in their bus

The worst ever! After bus broke down they made us wait for 4 hours in the sun.and no replacement was made.the bus drivers laughed at us and didn't care. They thought we don't know kannada and said " that we'll start leaving slowly the more they make us wait" they didn't take any responsibility. When we called intercity they did not care to solve the problem and ignore us.

I booked the ticket for Bangalore to Goa but they changed bus and also route. They were not ready to drop at mentioned dropping point also.
Very much disappointed by the service. I suggest others to not waste money on this at all.

Worst service. Booked a ticket from hyderabad to blr on 20th October with pnr 912855. Bus didn't come and their customer service is not reachable at all. Please don't book in this bus at all.

I booked this bus only because there was a washroom and it would help elder people. Last minute they called and informed that there is no washroom. What is the use of paying so much if there is no washroom.

A very good place for boarding buses. Especially during rainy days, you can easily sit, relax and wait for a bus instead of waiting on the side of the road.

Very Bad Experience. Highly unprofessional. The bus got delayed by 1 hr no clear communication. The bus attendant doesn’t even pick up the call. The customer service also pathetic.

It's not how they show. Very bad experience. Bus suspension was very hard and driver was smoking front of passengers which is not good for family. Rest stop place was also not good.

There is absolutely nothing Smart about IntrcitySmartBus. They charge you a bomb (Rs. 2.5k+) with the promise of a good service and instead provide a bad service that any Rs. 1k travel service would provide. Promised wifi does not work. Weak AC. Charging points discharge ur phn. And the worst is. What is the use of having a toilet in the bus if it remains closed for the whole of 14hrs journey. Then they stop at dirty paid public toilets with higher than usual charges. What Scam!

Let me give honest feedback on intrcity bus.if you think of booking this bus for your travel expecting the toilet facility, then pls don’t book it. It'll be utter waste of money. Toilets are not at all clean and it stinks. High probability of getting UTI if you end up using these toilets. I would say the money that you pay against the services availed is utter waste. I experienced it once and that's my last trip for sure in intrcity bus.

I had travelled this bus on 20th July. I had a very worst experience, while traveling and driver is rude and cleaner is not responsive. Never ever suggest this Inter City Smart bus operator to any of my friends and families.

This is my first experience in Intrcity Smartbus. I'm very much impressed with their service. This lounge is neatly maintained. There can't be a better waiting place than this for passengers. It's located just next to Madiwala Police station near Bharat Petroleum Bunk.

Must admit.this wa the first time taking intercity bus and the lounge is pretty techy. Have separate washrooms for Ladies. They can improve the washrooms cleanliness but hey.that's that. There's coffee machine. Staff are pretty helpful and really professional.

Bus facilities specially live tracking is good. But the bus not necessarily has washroom cleaned. Even in some case you may find the washroom is locked. I will suggest check the status of washroom before you onboard the bus.

Good sitting area, but dirty toilets no WiFi. Cellular internet is also generally poor at this spot.

Wifi doesn't work. Then why advertise. Washroom was covered in vomit. The luggage handler saw me my hands where full. Asked him for help, he said " go load it yourself ". RUDE AS F&$@K. THIS TRAVELS IS NOTHING SPECIAL. Just another 3rd class bus service.

Very bad experience, bus got stopped on tirupati highway suddenly, there is no proper response from staff. We have to reach bangalore by city bus. Very worst service.

I always prefer to travel with Intrcity across as they maintain the bus well hygienic and affordable prices.

My onward journey from Bangalore to Madurai was on schedule but the blanket provided was of just two feet wide. Return journey was worse with the stinking blanket (you can smell it from a distance of 6 feet) and the bus running late by 2.5 hours. And be very cautious while using their app, it's erratic. You may loose your money if you use it with UPI payment mode. Tickets booked may not be reflected in their app.

Today - 27 June 2022.1. My bus was supposed to be at 11: 25 pm, where i selected lower single berth. The bus got cancelled and they allocated seat in another bus at 11: 10 pm and alloted single uper berth. When asked staff, they said they can't change

2. Toilet in waiting room at Madiwala bangalore is very dirty. Looks like they did not clean for many days

3. Bus was supposed to start at 11: 10 pm. But it get delayed by 10 mins

4. Bus staff are fighting with auto drivers unnecessary

Intr smart bus is nothing special, ita similar to other private travels

Service all okay, but cost is very high. They should consider everyone, ticket price should be medium cost so that all will be benefited

Buses are properly stopped, passengers to move here and there that one difficult to aged and physically challenged person

I travelled on IntrCity smart bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 27 April 2022. No free wifi & forced me to pay Rs1000 for use of toilet. Staff was rude. Plz don't book this bus and avoid unnecessary payments for usage of toilets.
