I joined this so called company "IRIS EVENT AND DECOR" on Nov 2021. I was designated as office admin. My shift was from 9am to 6pm, but I used to work until late night. They had no mercy on me even when I gave my 100% there. The HR- "ANITHA PIRERA" disregarded my hard work. After 3 months they set me down into the field work. I handled clients, vendors like lightings, furniture's, printings etc.very well all alone! I used to handle account jobs as well. Initially I was told that it was a 9-6 job and then later on HR stated that there is no specific timings for the event management. Even if I worked until mid night and the next day if I'm a few minutes late, I was been yelled by my HR. There was a peak time during Nov and Dec, where I had to work so hard that I had not taken a single day off. Due to heavy pressure by my HR, I quit the job on Dec 2022. I had e-mailed my resignation as well. Even after working day and night in this company they did not provide me my salary for the month of Dec. Is this the principle of an ideal company? They claim themselves as the best ones, but the way they are treating the employees are way too bad. I have been treated like a slave all through. They want to indulge their customers so well as to they forget to treat the employees in a better way. The HR doesn't know the basic ethics to lead a company. We worked so hard and were paid pennies over here. The HR had high self esteem and blamed others for her own mistakes. She used to blackmail me with my salary if the client's payment was a bit late. I really regret working for that company where I did not earn a little respect. I was dishonored the whole time. The environment is so toxic also the HR. I would highly recommend not to join this so so low graded company.

It is one of the best wedding planner they arrange my elder sister's wedding in Mangalore. What a lovely wedding done by team very polite and extra ordinary effort made, all planning and execution was very awesome, specially they have some mind blowing concepts for traditional weddings.

Excellent arrangements made both at the entry point and on the stage with beautifully lit flowers. I admire the minute details taken care of so nicely. Appreciate the efforts of Sushmitha who was very soft, communicative and did everything we expected. Kudos to the entire team of IRIS

I have ever seen and decoration was also awesome with new themes were exciting and i really impressd by the decoration work in limited budget. We hired Balloon Decoration services for my elder sister's baby first Birthday Decoration at home and and they did amazing job. Party time is very short but they done great balloon decoration in room.

I hired the services of iris decor for my brother's Reception and wedding pooja events in mangalore. I was extremely happy and satisfied right from the time of availing their services, to discussing the requirements and the final execution. Event coordinator Sushmita was extremely professional and ensured she worked on my requirements and asks. On the final D day the team was on time, set up the decor on time and also after the event was done ensured the decor was taken down on time without any additional follow up. Will be happy to use their services in the future as well.

We got the decorations done for an opening ceremony of our new shop, it was indeed a very nice experience. They know their job well. We just told them our requirement and it was executed with ease. Good job.

We especially want to thank Emcee & balloon decoration team, who has worked so hard to make this day successful.

Feedback for improvement from our side:
1. One dedicated Event person shall be present near to stage for conducting event as per our plan and full time one person shall be present.
2. Diya?: Match box kept inside da Pooja oil was made awkward.
3. Cake cutting Knife shall be arranged. (Hotel fork / knifes not looks good)
4. We suggest for future event props shall be paper type (inside props shining paper shall not be there)
5. Cold fire shall be use while entry not during cake cutting (there is some one from event person shall be ready with cold fire)
6. Return gift idea was cool but butterfly and greetings are not properly placed/sticked. Almost all buttefly and greetings cards are in floor.
And two quatity of gifts are missed.
7. In backdrop after Happy Birthday baby name missing! Everyone asking Happy birthday to whom? It should be “Happy birthday Nishka”.
8. Some Sweet box bags are Paper bag not plastic one.
9. Initially cake was disappointing finally changes made looks good.

Guys we had a geart experience with Irish events and decors.
Yash was humble and kind with great hospitality.we liked the way yash explained different designs and and and was also flexible with rates with several multiple designs.
And the project and outcome 3outcome was fantastic and fabulous. All the staffs were kind and humble too.
Each and every guests liked the stage setup.

I approached Iris for the decor for a intimate mehendi event at home. It was to happen within a week. Sushmita was very receptive and understood the requirement very well. Within 2 days she came up with the design and within 5 days the decor was executed to perfection.

We had our wedding decor set up by Iris and I must admit they did an excellent job. Our Theme was enchanted forest and Iris put their heart and soul in every detail and made our event look like a dream. The team is very professional, super creative, extremely sweet, patient and friendly. The vision that we had was impeccably delivered with highest standards. The whole venue was transformed into a garden. We can't thank Iris enough for making our big day feel like a fairytale. Highly recommend Iris for any of your events.
