Iris Spa - Spa In Mysore

Ok so i got to know this place by maps as i was sceptical in the beginning but decided to go for visit as I booked a session on call.overall atmosphere of the spa, including the decor, lighting, and music, it was relaxing and serene.cleanliness and hygiene standards of the spa was good and the facility is well-maintained
quality of the treatments, the skill of the therapist 'Lisa' are unique features of the spa. Value for the money you spend. Definitely will visit once again.

Was bit skeptical at first.but found that this place was good.prices are reasonable. The therapist " Rose" was real good. Would surely visit again.

I like the ambience of iris spa, really have a wonderful experienced staff, good ambience also well maintained sanitizerd.

Not worth it. No focus on head and shoulder/back massage. Was interrupted 3 times during the massage. The ambience is good.

Not worth your money. Full body massage mostly focuses on legs and hardly a minute for your head, neck and shoulders. They charge 2000 for this. Not worth it!

1. Was asked to pay before the service was rendered. Unheard of.
2. Towel had tiny strands of hair on it. And looked unwashed so I asked for a fresh towel.
3. The massueur said the massage is for 85 minutes and 5 minutes for bath. I told her I did not want to have a bath there and so she should continue the massage for 90 minutes.
She kept quiet.
Then she started the massage and was very rough. Sat on my back without even checking with me regarding any back issues. I couldn't bear her weight so asked her to get off.
Then the massage stopped at 80 minutes, i showed her my clock and said ten minutes is still left. She walked out of the room saying talk to the front desk.
Awful attitude.
Think her name was Mary.
Overall bad experience.
It would not have killed her to oblige to a customer and massage for the 90 minutes that I opted for.
Since I was not having a bath there, it saved them electricity, water, soap, towel etc etc.
Obviously small town mentality.
Pls train your people before opening a spa.and don't let the attitude of your employees spoil the reputation of your company
Asked for the managers number but the receptionist refused to give it? Why?

Pathetic service, no professionalism, they don't know the meaning of massage only. Never go

Absolutely wonderful, no matter what treatment I have had I always feel like a king when I leave. Everyone is professional and accommodating.
