I'm glad to share my experience on C5 certification course, which is Licensed career counselor cum career coach certification from ISCHS. My mentor Krishna Sir have been an amazing support for our whole batch. Wether it's about the right steps of career counseling or if it's about marketing yourself as a counselor Krishna Sir has taught us in an extraordinary way by making things very easy to understand and make sense of. Even after having a hectic schedule at work, I always used to look forward to his lectures on the weekends. He even taught the need of hour which is AI and all other free tools which we can use for ourselves and our brand marketing. I would suggest anyone who's looking for any career counseling course, go for this one blindly. Trust me you'll get much more than you have paid for. I have just completed my training and certification in career counselling from ISCHS and I feel this was the best decision I made. The course name is “Certified Career Counsellor Cum Career Coach - C5 Licensing Program”.
It was hard to shortlist an institute that offers the right mix of curriculum and guidance while making learning at your own pace so interesting. This is one of the rare institutions that are bound by ethics and students welfare and has great faculty. I have no words to thank and appreciate my mentor Mr. Krishna Kumar. He is an ocean of knowledge and is always willing to share it with his students, he is always easily accessible and extremely helpful. What he teaches in the class is not just confined to the curriculum but also supported by a lot of real life examples. His words of wisdom would make an impact for a lifetime.

I have completed my C5 Certified Career Counsellor Cum Career Coach - C5 Licensing Program for Career Counsellors with ISCHS. Course is well organised, planned, to the point and professionally crafted.
My mentor cum Trainer, Mr. Krishna, is “The Best Career Counsellor”. His approach in not a simple lecture method but he makes the session interactive, interesting and engaging. Here's my genuine appraisal of my experience with ISCHS. My mentor, Sir Krishna's knowledge and experience is commendable. The hours were flexible and he made ensured that the everything was properly understood. He made classes very comfortable and even though everything was new to me, I felt 'at home' and welcomed in the environment. He taught with a good practical syllabus designed to teach the concepts that are applicable in real life. Preparation for setting up my work and applying my knowledge was emphasised in my training. Needless to say I am fully satisfied with the training I received.

Krishna Sir has a unique way of always making the class interactive and fun. He is non-judgmental and is always willing to help his students understand the study material as many times as asked for. He has a lot of patience and he is not going to let you slack if you cannot keep up with him. I really enjoy that he uses many real-life stories and metaphors to explain complex topics, and provides a new perspective that is easy to understand. I have completed my C5 course under Krishna sir. My experience from this course is really good, in classes the sharing of the experience and giving a deep knowledge and discussion really helped in opening new ideas. I started my session around 5 months back. Krishna Sir helped me a lot in understanding all the concepts of career counselling thoroughly. He very patiently handled my case as my daughter who is 2+ years used to crave for my attention even during the classes. He was always there whenever I had some doubt about anything. My decision to enrol for this course was a right decision.

I have recently completed my C5 Certification in Career Counselling and Career Coach program from ISCHS. I had a wonderful experience. I must say that program has been designed with utmost sincerity and research from the field. Its unique features like one to one mentorship, class scheduling system and purposely designed assignments for brain storming are worth to mention. Before finalizing the program from ISCHS I have searched a lot about other career counselling programs available in market but after the completion of C5, there was not a moment where I have regretted about my decision.

The subject expertise, teaching methodology and sharing of practical examples from real life cases by my mentor Mr. Krishna Kumar is really commendable. His communication skills and observation skills are worth to highlight.

I not only recommend but encourage people to join such programs if they are really interested in pursuing career counselling as profession. They not only teach but guide students in execution and implementation of learning in real as well.

I am grateful to share my words for ISCHS; I have completed my Career counseling certification from ISCHS and before joining the institute I checked n number of other institutes. I was in complete dilemma about my steps, but After meeting Krishna sir, I can say that I took the best decision to join C5 - career counselor cum career coach certification program from ISCHS. Individual attention, content, and time frame given for the completion of the syllabus is simply great. I am glad I met Krishna sir in my life. The best part of this course was the PATIENCE of my Mentor Krishna sir.

I did the Advanced Diploma in Counselling Skills course and I really enjoyed it. Krishna sir is a wonderful teacher and the assignments we had were both challenging and eye opening. I'm very happy with the experience.

Okay so I will not be sugar coating this review anymore. Context: I was sent a review sheet very early on during the onset of the course and I only had good things to say back then about the course.
But present day: after having completed a 1 year course (Advanced Diploma in Counselling Skills) from ISCHS.
I believe the program was very poorly organised. It lacked depth and practical knowledge. To begin with, the organisation never provided complete clarity and transparency about the course structure and the institute itself. I felt mislead by the end of the course.
1. I was told in the beginning that there would be more than 1 faculty teaching us throughout the year but we were only taught by 1 person (who mind you never even showed us his face on video call!) Not saying he was fake or not legitimate, but I don’t think you begin or take forward a counselling course without making us understand the importance of body language.

2. After going through their website I believed there were a lot of international faculties, etc who would at least be invited for a guest lecture but I honestly believe none of those mentioned on the website are even associated with the institute. I believe everything is handled by just 1 man.

3. There was lack of depth. I believe a course of such magnitude and fee should have been more interactive and inclusive. I felt it was instruction and theory based throughout.

The only reason I’ve given the 2 stars would be that it did offer some value, I did learn some new things, it kept me engaged on the weekends and the mentor was helpful when needed.
But very honestly I am not very happy by the end of course. They have a lot of scope of improvement. It definitely didn’t feel worth the money I invested. So probably they should bring down the fee for they’re not delivering for the fee they charged.

Truly wonderful experience. Krishan sir classes are so interactive and knowledgeable. ADCS is must course for all the psychologist and counsellors.

I joined ADCS - advanced diploma in counselling skills during July 2021. I have no prior knowledge about psychology or counselling. I can vouch for the amazing sessions with Dr. Krishnakumar. I eagerly look forward to every Saturday sessions. Its an amazing experience. The sessions are highly interactive. Apart from lot of learning, lot of unlearning happens!

The approach of the Internship provided by ISCHS was very good. I learned a lot and can see that my skills are enhanced and has learned proper techniques and skills in this programme. I would really like to thank Krishna kumar sir for his support and teaching, everyday it is something new to learn which can be found having a practical basis. If anyone looking for a practical and clear learning, ISCHS is a great platform because it has the best staff who is dedicated to what student is learning and how he is applying to his/her skills.

I did a 3 month internship here which was great.
It was really informative and insight. Got to know so much about human behaviour online and offline. Also, learned about Mindfulness which is one of the most important and crucial tool to be used in this chaotic world.
I am so glad to be a part of this internship.

I have joined the mindfulness training internship program at ISCHS and I wont hesitate saying that i learnt a lot through this program. Though it is a remote internship and was completely online but the tasks given were very helpful in understanding the concepts taught through out. The mentor assigned to our internship was highly professional and made it a lot convenient and easy for all of us to understand the concepts through interactive discussion.

Being an Human Resources professional, i thought, Counselling skill will be similar to what we are practicing in our professional life but practical approach of Krishna Sir and his expertise over subject matter made my professional life more knowledgeable and overall a good human being. I think, Psychology and its related fields are need of hour for each individual across countries and geographical areas and if you are fortunate enough, you will get a mentor like Krishna Sir who will change your life in totality. My internship at ISCHS is due to finish soon and the experience has been great! Owing to the COVID, we had to resort to the social media in the initial phases of our internship for social psychology which was a new and great learning experience. This was followed by mindfulness intervention sessions that helped me on a personal level too.the internship was not hectic but the attendance was compulsory. Personally, I would love to be a part of more of such internships hosted by ISCHS.

I really enjoyed learning and attending the sessions. The sessions were very informative and insightful.

My experience with ISCHS has been wonderful. We have not just learnt concepts in Psychology but also its application from an ethical point of view. We also learnt good values that are important for psychologists to possess. The institution is dedicated towards producing competent psychologists for the future.

My internship at ISCHS provided an excellent experience, with professional guidance from the mentor and practical application of skills.

It has been an insightful experience being a part of the 3 month internship programme. Although it was a remote and completely a virtual internship I can confidently say that I learned a lot and the tasks were very practical in nature. We were also a part of the Mindfulness training and our mentor throughout the internship was very professional at the same time gave us ample opportunities to clear any queries. Overall, it has been a great experience so far.

It has been a very insightful experience working with ISCHS. Here I got an experiential learning and more of application based work.
