All basic requirement related services available. Such as parking, children for play ground and swimming pool, and all maintained.

Only 3 storeyed apartment tower, which I liked very much. The society has 600+ units and there is huge walk path 900 mts.approx. Society has club house. Also have swimming pools and indoor badminton court and indoor table tennis court as well. There is cricket pitch as well for playing. Also there is kids' play area. The management is good. The society has 3 entry gates.

Living from last 1.5 years as tenant. Nice place to stay with good number of animities. Your experience depends on your owner.

Posh apprartment. All the features in one place. Like swimming pool, gym, play ground, table tennis, supermarket, Etc

Huge Apartments complex with lots of greenery inside the apartment complex, inside the apartment complex walking track is there along with zym and swimming pool

Worest place to stay peacefully.they have the rules which do not even have a logic in it.self made rules.and also treats the tenant so bad.discriminate them also. Better to not stay for rent in such places.society is a good one to live in without the people who brings out such logicless rules

Very beautiful complex with lots of greenery and well maintained parks. Has more amenities than most other residential complex. Cricket pitch, basketball court, indoor badminton court, 2 swimming pools, 2 kids play area with swing and slides, calm and quite complex. Has a small grocery shop inside the complex for quick daily needs. The community organises most of the festivals in large scale along with some fairs.

The Society has unrealistic standards even at the time of pendamic due to which I am unable to help my Friend who lives in this society. They are not allowing the domestic help for the tenants even if they have serious medical condition to which make me think of giving This review and had it been negative rating that I can give below one star would have happily given that
Will never recommend any family or friend to move-in to this society or purchase any property.

Great place to live in, though its not the city center. But a good place for families to stay in.

The apartment is huge and is quite spacious. Only problem is the tye path that you take to reach this place is horrible. It's still under developed.

Spent good few months in IMG. Its a nice apartment complex tucked in a peaceful neighborhood. If you are a north Indian looking for a good place, you can find lots of Hindi speakers there. Garden and swimming pool is good too.

Apartment is good, but the roads around the place is in worst condition. It is like going in caterpillar ride while driving

A beautiful residential township, in channa sandra, Bangalore, Karnataka state with a mini super market and all facilities like children park, swimming pool and other sports facilties.

A very good mid-large sized apartment. Good locality with very less noise pollution. Average landscaping, but good amenities available.

A cool apartment complex. It's design is really good. Had been here to meet a friend of mine. She finds the amenities quite useful. It has been neatly maintained. Many apartments have been built. Some of them have great floor plans. Nice place to stay. She loves her apartment a lot because of the unique floor plan.

Amazing apartments, very nice build. If not for the distance from my office, I would have maybe gone ahead with booking it.

Good place to stay with family, lot of open space and amenneties. Decent construction quality with almost 50% UDS.

To save time let’s get to the only positive about this building - proximity to ITPL.
Everything starting from the attitude of neighbor (s), apartment’s association or rather the lack of it, the murky rules that they form like they had a sudden itch to do something “toofani”, the water piping, building integrity, finishing, painting, electrical wiring, amenities (lol) everything is nothing but an absolute mockery.
Buy or rent only if you plan on letting it out for IT bachelors once again or if you’re one.
Best to stay away if you plan on Living a peaceful day here.

Nice apartments. It is low rise apartment (likely G+3). Has all amenities. Walking tracks and small gardens are good.

Updated review - Being here living from a year and half here is my view on the society

Project was delayed amenities were missing until society association formed. The association formation speed up the pending development tasks and general maintenance.

List of amenities includes security 24/7 regulated by MYGATE app, general maintenance with ticketing system with Apartment ADDA app and maintenance manager to take care of maintenance related queries. Society elected apartment association and block representatives.

Other amenities include power backup lifts Jogging track, swimming pool, kids play area, basket ball, tennis, badminton court, cricket pitch with net.function hall, super store, spa.

* Its a budget friendly project.
* More open space and providing big big balcony with all flats.
* good landscape view.
* calm and quite environment.
* but all amenities are not completed till now.
* nearest market is available.
* connectivity is good.
* But construction and work finishing is not up to the mark. (utility door, all electric switch board was asymmetrical in our flat. Wall surface was rough. So many times we had asked for changing that door, switch board to the builder’s assistant but didn’t do anything.
* workers are not well efficient to their work. They had cut all wire connection in our kitchen during making chimney hole. After finishing any work they don’t even clean also.
* if u can do everything by your own professional worker then its a good project for family living.

If you just mind the bumpy roads and can find the parking easily, everything else will seem fine.

Good place but asking money for the people for swimming none other than that everything is good going

Cheap and nice. Is newly built so not much facilities. Also road connectivity to the place is a bit confusing at times.
