ITC Windsor, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bengaluru

Premium luxury hotel with beautiful interior/decor. Property is very calm with all the facilities. Rooms are decent in size. They also have variety of restaurants - Dakshin, Dum Pukht, Afghani food and Buffet as well. Do visit for a luxurious experience. Lunch buffet was ₹999 plus taxes. They also have bar options at Dublin.

This is a review of our dining experience at Jolly Nabobs. The food was very good - especially the mutton chops. The staff Ningraj and Jagadish went out of their way to make our meal with our toddler enjoyable.

Good care taken in this covid suitation, good variety of continental, thai and indian dishes. Cocktail hour with no menu and a limited selection and only spicy food.well management of staff.

Very friendly staff, basic room but had everything you need, clean and tidy and good value for money considering the central location and the fact this is Helsinki. Had breakfast delivered to my room and it was absolutely fabulous.

Had an a amazing stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The rooms were neat, sanitised and really spacious.

Stayed here for 2 days. Staff is very friendly n helpful. Had a small problem with a service but himanshu chaodhary from raj pavilion n Mr murthy from the royal afgan took care of it very nicely. We had gone for our 4th anniversary n the time was well spent.

We visit this hotel at least once a year to spend a weekend and chill. Its always been a great experience and this time was no different. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff.

Now a days the visit to the property has become so regular that usually repetition breeds boredom. But strangely enough, the staff, the service, lip smacking food and the ambience still haven't failed to excite and surprise me. Kudos to the team

This Heritage Property is very good for people travelling with family and looking for peace and tranquility. It is very different than the current modern properties where there is hustle and bustle. Its small and nice and above all it has ITC trademark and best in hospitality. The service is par excellence.

Place, room is nice.
But due to covid impact I felt their service level or internal coordination are below than what I experience in any 5 star hotel.
Breakfast service was not upto mark.

After seeing lots of good reviews, went for weekend stay at the hotel. But was disappointed, the stay was not pleasant.
* The room which was allotted was not cleaned properly, the refrigerator was leaking and the dirty cloth left inside.
*The cigarette buds all over room.
Didn't find anything good. It's just the cost and nothing else.

Checked in today. This is one of the worst places we ever stayed at. Paid for the most expensive room & now we are dealing with constant construction noise coming from the upper floor. The room feels dingy. The carpet seems to have not been cleaned forever. There are huge dark patches on the table. This isn't really a Heritage hotel atleast from the look of the rooms. Apart from some big trunks in the room, there's nothing that speaks of heritage.
We had opted for an all inclusive package hoping that we wouldn't have to worry about the exclusive choices however we were given 2 box choices (full disclosure: set buffet was communicated to us) but this wasn't a buffet nor did we have an option to select the restaurant, which we were told that we will have an option between all their restaurants. We were treated like step children with plastic bento box. Not exactly how you want to be treated at a so called 'luxury' 5 star hotel.
To make things worse, our check-in was delayed by a bit, we were told because we were given a better room. That clearly wasn't the case because there's a throbbing noise & a apology of sorts written kept on the table.
Overall the worst of the experiences we have had in years at any hotel, forget a 5 star!

Absolutely amazing hotel. They follow CoVID protocols very well. Right from entrance lobby, Highly impressed with staff special thanks to Ms. Illa Prabhu who always serve with smile, professionalism yet ensuring that personal touch.

A very good hotel to stay and the staff is awesome, very helpful people. We feel very secured and safe inside the hotel due to the extra measures taken by the ITC Windsor. All the COVID-19 related safety measures have been well implemented.

An overpriced underwhelming menu with limited choices. This is the Royal Afgan restaurant. Furthermore there's no valet parking and entry and direction finding is an issue.

Had a beautiful holiday at this property. The food was amazing, so was the accomodation and the staff. The service was great. On the whole, the experience was something to remember!

The staff working in the floors next to the rooms (where guests are resting) do not seem to know that they are working in a hotel: they slam doors, talk loudly, have loud phone ringtones!: - (

I have reviewed my stay, the breakfast staff, Dublin, all as top class, but with this one, I also want to call out Mukund and Ningaraj in the the Cabinet pub and Sunil and others in housekeeping, Mahadev, Sridhar, Nagaraj and Dinesh in brllhop/concierge and other security staff is adding to our overall stay with a sweet smile and a friendly attitude and making us feel like home away from home:)!

Any service requested-1st answer is a no, food taste very bland, staff behaviour not upto a luxury hotel. Pre request for celebrations taken but not fulfilled. Disappointed.

It was a good experience overall. Especially liked the cordial staff and facilities provided here. Case in point the hotel's gym which has got adequate machines and very competent gym instructors- Satish and Yousuf.

A legendary hotel, at least for most Bangaloreans it's a major landmark. Perfect for a cosy weekend out with completely safe environment and super friendly staff.

We have stayed here for one night with two couple freinds. Luckily we got adjacent corner room which has a huge balcony where 6 adults can sit easily.

Prices for food and beverages are as usual high as per the hotel standard. Meal for 2will cost you around 4k and booze depends on one capacity but their bar is awesome all wooden interior goes as per their theme.
Pool is operational
Apart I don't see any other much of activity to do. But please consider good decent amount of time they will take for checkin which is pathetic.

Awesome place with very spacious rooms. Only drawback is that I think the walls might not be that wide cause if you watch TV in medium volume it goes to the other room. Food is just out of the world. All in all true 5 Star experience

The Windsor is one of the best 5 star hotels and still draw a high class clientele from all over the world. The staff are gracious and the different restaurants cater to your varied tastes. Though it is an old building it has been maintained pretty well. A luxurious place to stay and the lobby will have you wide eyed as you enter.

One of the best 5 star properties in Bengaluru. Perfectly maintaining that old world charm and the legacy of colonial era. The hospitality of staff is outclass. Lovely to be here.

Excellent stay, it was just for an evening. Great food for a family of four. It came to about 5000/- for the food. The ice cream was not worth the price off 550 per serving. Location is easily accessible though traffic is a pain especially in the evening. Rooms are beautiful and well mantained

Very arrogant staff. Right from parking to the reception staff has no respect for guests. Arrogant people. May be because they're getting easy money.

A five star hotel with Windsor ambience. The theme is superbly designed, integrated and blended. The paintings, colour, lighting, carpeting, order of arrangements, everything is in harmony with the theme. Stay here was a symphony lived through. I enjoyed my best.
One small thing.
Toilet of the room I stayed was designed for physically fit persons. Challenged persons would face real challenges. Persons routed in Indian habits would find it highly inconvenient. Request them to add a faucet to the wc.

Nice hotel. Looks like a museum inside. We had drinks and food at the Dublin pub which is supposed to be Irish but no Guinness available. Welcome to India! Other restaurants look good.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my family for 6 days. The staff was outstanding and nice, the ambience was old world what I loved but had a modern touch to it.

Everything was more than perfect at the hotel and I would recommend ITC Windsor to the ITC gardenia any day.breakfast was nice, wasn’t over the top spread but staff would get you what ever you wanted to eat.and they go out of their way to make you feel good.

Stayed here for a night as I was enroute. Excellent property in the heart of the city. Exemplary service and the hotel is steeped in nostalgia of the erstwhile British Raj.

Old kinda princely property. Good for stay. The food is not that good. Definitely not new age. If u like heritage then it's for you. Else can be avoided.

Spacious location to drive to. Comfortable parking space and locality. Warm and pleasent lobby. Hospitality is decent.

Visited Dublin after a long time. Warm, cozy and a charming place. Christopher Uncle needs a special mention ; smiling, polite, humble and charming person who loves his job so much and has been here for ages:)
