Staff need to ensure they are aware of the prices. The checkout process is always having issues. The discounts listed on the shelves don’t match with the billing counter.

It's a haven for artists and people who want to try their hand at arts and crafts. They also conduct various art sessions which are fun. I just wish they had a bigger collection of beads and the likes.

The outlet has almost everything an artist needs to fulfill his art requirements. All though prices form brands like Little birdy are on the higher side, quality is over all excellent

Resin and hardner is of poor quality we made the earings but after drying the earings r broken.

Another Branch of Itsy Bitsy but I'm not at all satisfied with the quality of products kept.
I wanted to pick up fragrance oil for candles. Most of the oil bottles are of old stock. And several were leaking! And the price was 85 for a 5ml bottle but I got the same in a different Itsy Bitsy store for way less.
Next I went to pick up acrylic paint and glitter glue. Saw stock from last year, dried glitter glue still kept on shelves instead of being discarded.

During Billing, I chose the card payment method but the card payment device was not cleaned. Now that it's the covid situation, every store wipes the keypad and the card before and after a customer uses it, but this is NOT being followed here. Its a risk to my health due to this unsafe practice.

Apart from this, the store does have your usual supply of arts and crafts items which Itsy Bitsy is known for.

Good range of art supplies and is not very expensive. You can also get local and reasonable price brands as well. Range of sketchbooks is also decent.
Water colour collection is mostly restricted to brands like camlin.

Decent place.a little extreme on some of their prices though.otherwise a onestop place for all the art lovers

Had posted a five star before. Wow. Went to buy a bunch of things related to painting today. I was the only customer. There were four employees chatting and giggling in the cash counter as I asked for help. After repeated requests I was asked to fend for myself. Later I was told that there was no stock of black acrylic colors (I could find them on my own after looking around!). The employees could only spare 2-3 seconds to help me only so that they can resume their conversation with their colleagues. An example of how an otherwise good shop getting bad because of such terrible customer service.

This place is a dream come true for anyone remotely interested in art and crafts. I found what I was looking for and so much more. If you are into art or painting or craft or anything else, this place has what you need

Good collection, can be great. This is one of the smaller places of Itsy Bitsy but represents it well. Good staff. Cleaning and organizing could be better. Visit for all your craft needs and good chance that you will find your product here

They have good collection, from small box to bigger items. But the price is little bit high for some items.

It's one stop for all crafts materials or hobby, artists, architecture model making materials, When I visited this place one thing I noticed was there lots of stuff which I was not aware of if itsy bitsy can have a little bit of information on materials how to use them or what are it's application it would usefull especially in arts sections colors, canvas etc etc I have 4 stars as when it comes to pricing it's more on expensive side.

A one in one craft store where yu cn find anything related to the craft. Only drawback is that the prices are bit on the higher side

Bad experience. Staff not prepared to handle something as simple as a power cut. Female staff focused on leaving work than serving customers. Staff engaged on their mobile phones and not bothered about customers needs. We had a tough time searching for items ourselves! The over all experience at yelahanka was bad the first time around. For some products that are over priced, a little customer service could go a long way to make the customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience at least!

A great store for hobbies, gifting options & indoor decorative items. Came across some really nice stuff. Strongly recommend to people who want to start a hobby & for school projects.

The place isn't quite big but for art supplies it's a good place to visit. Mont marte company is predominantly available in the store for a reasonable price in most things. Worth the visit if you are a blooming artist.

Really good place to get Art and crafts products. But a bit pricey. They need to work on their discounts and prices

Has A-Z of Arts&Crafts supplies. Just the kind of place parents need in the neighborhood. I visit this place almost every wknd along with my grocery shopping, for crafts supplies for my kids' school projects and some recreational stuff for myself as well. Every neighborhood should have one Itsy-Bitsy

Price is reasonable

If you are into arts and crafts, it is a must visit place. The collection is abundant, well placed and a heart winner. You may have visited similar stores but who minds one close by. The quality of most of the products is amazing. The ideas you get depending on your caliber level are many, you just need some time to explore. The only small glitch I felt is the price. For some items you can get them a bit cheaper elsewhere. But the variety you get here, that is not present at a lot other stores makes up for the price for me
